Hi all,
anybody tried using QMDJ for sports prediction? I think it would be interesting to find out whether it really works.
I have a headstart first on what can be taking into consideration.
1) Plot the QMDJ chart based on the time of event (Hour)
2) Check the birthday of the coach (example for a soccer event, check the manager date of birth and see their year stem)
3) Do not play that team if the palace is at DE.
4) Play that team if the palace is horse

Kick off at 9pm (Spain time)
Lugo vs Tenerife
I have attached the qimen chart for 9pm.
Lugo coach Date of Birth: 14 June 1971 which is Xin for year stem
Tenerife coach Date of Birth: 3 May 1966 which is Bing for year stem
Xin which is in SE palace have horse star which means favourable
Bing which is in East Palace have DE which mean unfavourable
Naturally, Lugo will have advantage above Tenerife.
Pick: Lugo to win.
Any other can advice? Thanks

The way I think about it there are 3 ways that seem possible.
Time I ask the question, time the match is where I am, time the match is where it is.
Since so far every question outside of sports seem to work with the first approach, I'm keeping the same here.
If it doesn't work will check the second one. If that doesn't work will check third one. If that doesn't work as well then the assignment is wrong. : )
So its more testing then anything, but yea, the reading there was with the idea of using the time I got the question.

If you are talking about that final match, then the prediction was given before the game, and the analysis and rationale for why not otherwise, after the results.

Sooo... Guest is in Palace Gen 8, the formation is better.
I would guess Israel will win.
I'm using it more similarly to what I think @Milla was using, as it does seem to make sense. : )

Latvia 丙 below , NW palase, where he is in the grave. Thus the position of Latvia is very, very weak. There is metal yang, this is a ball and this is a sign that they will miss. The gates are bad. Israel with the mystic 乙 and the gate view - is the winner.

Anybody got time? 5 more mins for Japan league 3 match, is playin at 7pm at their time.
Based on Milla strategy, hour pillar is Geng and is at West which is the Guest and Host is Yi which is at South.
West Palace had better structure than South.
And hence Guest will win and Chief is at North which Guest produce the result.
So for Roasso Kumamoto vs Cerezo Osaka U23, take Cerezo Osaka U23

My app is using 3 solstice Zhi Run calculations and that in the way I'm calculating it has leap Ju before the next Yin Dun(meaning we are already in it). Very different then the popular calendars in the west that are used in most of the other apps out there.
So if I tried to read something it would be very different map today.
But it doesn't make much sense to do it now, we have someone with more experience, if she wants can post a reading or clarification for that specific map.
However the assignment for teams is in the books and it does seem to be a nice first step in this, so I thought its good to clarify. Other then that can't help a lot currently. : )

Azerbaijan vs Slovakia. Kick off in another 1.5 hours. kick off time at Azerbaijan is 8pm.
I trying a different approach now... Looking at the year stem for birthdate of the coach.
Azerbaijan coach is 14 Sep 1966 which is Bing for the year stem
Slovakia coach is 27 Jul 1969 which is Ji for the year stem.
I plot a QM chart based on the time of kick off at Azerbaijan (See attached). Is a Fuyin chart.
Bing is at SE and Ji is at West. Although Chief (Referee) is at Ji but however West Palace is a DE.
So i assume no change as it is Fuyin and hence more favours Bing which is Azerbaijan.

??? I did what you guys are doing... read the preview and look at both the manager's Bazi.
Germany manager is a female. Her luck seem better than the Spainard.
And of course I didn't blindly look at their bazi... I took the past performance of both teams too.

So Brazil is much closer to France then Australia is. So Brazil will be host.
Lets use Zhi Run map but with Solar Time Adjustment now(as I've been testing lately and this seems to work better so far).
Time is 16:00 GMT.
France have very, very messy Daylight Saving changes, as Dao has mentioned before in details, so keep in mind in there currently there is a lot of difference between the local time and the GMT/UTC.
As mentioned before this is Zhi Run and closer to True Solar Time I hope.

So Host(Brazil) is in Palace 4 Xun. Its in void at that time. God, Door and Star are good for sport victory imo.
The formation is good as well.
Australia is in Palace 3. Very good formation, Life Door.
Both are Wood Palaces, so somewhat weak in the season.

Yea, also we can use the Year Stem of the person, coz finding out the year of birth of each manager will take a while, but should be easier for tennis player.

My choice is Donna but that being said, tennis is notoriously famous of start time game delay.

Kristina Mladenovic(Gui - Palace 6) has Rui Grain in her palace. Her door is supressed by the Palace, suggesting(both) she won't be at peak state for this as she may have health problems that may not be known(as I can't find info in wikipedia about it).
The Palace is producing her stem.
Donna Vekić(Bing) the formation is worse here. She is nearer to Ding(the Hour Stem that hosts the event), but Ding has its own problems.
Overall form this map would say Kristina MladenSovic may win, but after a problematic match.
Alternatively lets look at the Day Chart. There aren't that many variations for day charts and delay in the match isn't a issue either.

Kristinas position doesn't look very beneficial here. Dona should win after problematical match as there are problems there too.
If Dona wins by a lot without any problems as it seems to be expected then both maps are wrong and need to look something different.
If Kristina wins may be interesting to look more at Hour Charts but with the people stems instead of host/guest.
If Dona wins after problematical match and probably near results day chart may be more accurate.
Of course, while day chart configurations are very limited, hour charts are endless, so if none is correct the good approach is still probably the Hour Charts, however in what exact way may need more experience/examples/testing to be sure.

Ah.... that's the problem :( The game was delay more than 1.5 hours which wasted my time for studying their bazi.
The odds are uneven most of the time because one player stands a better chance of winning than the other. If you look at pass results, you will notice that 30 ~ 35% of the game are won by the higher odds players. It has to be this way if not all player status will be standstill forever and nobody moving up the chain. Which mean if you buy all the game on the lesser odds player (higher chance to win), you will end up breaking even and losing commission 6.5%.
With that said, if you only bet on lesser odds player, you stand a chance of 65~70% winning. If you can use prediction channel e.g ZPBZ, QMDJ, horoscope, etc to avoid betting on the 30% upsetting game, you improved your game tremendously.
I gamble from time to time, lottery, sport game, casinos... but it's purely for entertainment purposes. I win and I lose too, but I will never gamble what I cannot afford to lose. As I mentioned before, have fun chatting here... but I hope nobody has to break his bank for it. Alright, I know... DON'T SPOIL THE MOOD! 8)

Ok! the game has finally started.
My prediction is: the first 40 mins Donna Vekic will do badly but if she can put through first set, after the first 40 mins, she will perform very good and thus wins the game.
(fingers cross) btw, I didn't bet money on it because it is still not the perfect chance.
