If we are looking for Gui/Si pillar(as the doc seems to have this in name) I would guess a lot of health problems.
If we are looking into specific event in 2012, may need the exact date to give a guess there.

2012 she was still in Jia Wu LP. Gui Si is the current LP.
Its very hard to guess an event based on a birth chart. Multiple choices options is easier especially for beginners like me ;D
Jia is arrival of Spouse Palace. So it could be something relating to marriage.
Chen clashes Xu. So it also could be related to Career. Maybe she lost her job.

I think 2012 still use decade pillar 甲午
癸巳 pillar start on 3rd march 2014
this year is good for her income.
is she get some problem in 己酉 month? from opposite gender or from financial?
and start from 辛亥 indicated lose some wealt or lost some job?

2013 - I would guess a lot of health problems related to kidneys/ears/bladder or immune system(or more then one, would guess more the last 2, bladder or immune system).
Was she is working in a charitable organization or something?
If yes, then would guess something changed in the way it operates there.
If not then just health problems, the other one is messy to follow. : )

My guess is it relates to marriage again in 2013.
Bing Wu connect with the Spouse palace through An He. But also got rejected by Host. Wu branch is in contradiction. So i assume its her 1st marriage that doesn't last.
Si represent Bing and clashes Hai. Damage the Spouse palace. Si also self combine with Gui which is Bi Jie. So i think her partner left her for another women.
There is also gui-wu combination. I am not sure whether it is the arrival of gui-wu in the natal chart which is good for job promotion. But my gut feeling thinks that gui in LP is competitor competing with her so not good for career.

2013 gui/si DM sitting on wealth. If we take 10 years LP as gui/si, She might be force to moved house from time to time for these 10 years. Maybe become a nun depending on her religion. I have used up 2 fingers. :D next better players pls.

Also, the following year, after entry into Gui Si LP, the year itself was Jia Wu (2014). You do the maths :D

The incident happened in 2013 and didn't repeat because whatever damage was done, was ultimate and could not be undone.. neither could it be amplified. 8)

Let me see based on zwds perspective... A.Self(2013) Fly Quan into life travel with self Lu and Ji which overlaps with Annual spouse palace...with this combination then it denotes got something wrong with spouse relationship...second sign can derive from annual property with self ji and life ji become Ji out...whenever Ji Out then Life lu in life mental also out...Self Ke combine with Self Ji clash into life wealth palace...its a palace of marriage relationship...its a lost affinity with husband(divorce or husband die)...

Hmm.... this is exactly one of my current curiosity.... Decade Luck has Fu-Yin with Annual Luck .... My assumption is enhancement of Decade Luck and triggering its interaction with the chart...
With Gui-Si LP and AP, Gui should be herself or people close to her, while Si-Snake can be both Bing-Fire=Wealth and Wu-earth=Officer which has Clash with Hai-Pig at Spouse Palace and Combination with Chou-Ox at Hour Branch
It seems to me like event related to spousal relationship.... However, there is no Resource to show marriage certificate ...
Therefore, I would try a guess that she has spousal relationship but no formal marriage with someone being quite old, rich who she has known for long .... :)
