To All,
This is an interesting case that I casted this week. Though this is a routine situation, I am wonder how it would be possible to determine the correct outcome.
I am currently undergoing a legal process. In the beginning of the month the other party sent me some paper to sign. On the 21st, the lawyer emailed me, inquiring about the status of the papers. The next day (Friday the 22nd), I mailed the papers back – “Next Day Delivery” postage. On the 26th, I received another email inquiring about the papers again.
On Tuesday the 26th I casted 13.5 -> 30 (Qian over Li, 5th line moves).
Question: Were the papers lost / addressed wrong?
I currently understand what happened.
What do you think? What does the casting imply?

I don't read what you reffering inside your pasted photo..
If papers are important for the person whom filed them, and not yourself ..
all .can be changed .!!
par example Ti -Self 3rd line maybe Other Party and outcome of this process could be Yong- Others 6th line ...!!
This confusion isn't substantial .. yet Self -- Other Lines are out of void ..!!
BTW: Other Party is oriented south from your Location ?.. just for curiosity. .!!
