Title: Does my chart show mental illness?

Is there a tendency to mental illness? I think that wood is nerves.
Born on March 25 1988 at 23:03 according to sundial time.

By sundial, you mean the solar time after being adjusted?  Okay... this is borderline hour.  How do you plot the chart, could you show it?

My own birth chart also has a borderline hour.  It took me a very long time to finally figure out which one.

I plot the chart in the traditional way:
Bing Ji.     Jia.   Wu
Zi.     Mao Mao. Chen

Ji Mao being the Day Master.

Well you could tell me about the other chart?
