He was born on November 30 1995 1:30am in Constantine, Algeria.
I am thinking of sending him an invitation so he could get a visa to my country.

Just a very quick look and plotting of the chart...  He does have the Traveling Star, which indicates leaving his home country.
Two wealth stars (two Chou) that do not perform any work in the chart.  Wealth luck is not good.
