I was told in a chinese facebook group that only a Blindman method can decode this chart.
Posting this for our Blindman master to comment.

Ren Yin supporting.
Wu removed due to Wu Gui combo.
The only outsider is Shen clashing with the Yin.
Or producing water the resource.
But even if the Shen is able to clash the Yin, it is much too weak against the full force of the wood. It will crack, like Scott Morrison.

The arrival of Wu earth is still considered as usable due to the combination between Wu and Gui removing the Resource and the Wealth.
Maintaining the Wood and Water structure.

With Wu protruding to combine with the Resource;
If there is protrusion of 戊(Wu) to combine this Resource,

The Resource is no longer Resource.
The 癸(Gui) Heavenly Stem loses its characteristic as Resource.
