Today (5/18/26) the jury presiding over the Musk - Open AI case tossed the case out on the grounds that Musk waited too long to file his lawsuit.
Musk lawyers stated they would appeal.

This chart was discussed before where JLim suggested that the birth hour should be Gui Chou.

People born in certain countries may need to do solar time corrections.
From the narrative you provided, he seems to be doing fairly well. Maybe just year-to-year hiccups - which is normal.
He is still passing though the first half of the Jia Zi LP. He has a number of years before Gui Hai. No need to worry to soon.

Today (5/2/26 17:59), I cast hexagram 40 ? Zhen over Kan, changing to hexagram 16 ? Zhen over Kun (line 2 changing). I am assuming Musk as the subject as he is suing Altman.
But choose any method you wish and cast your own hexagram if you wish.

Hey Arena,
There are some ways within basic Bazi to help determine the best hour when there are close hour transition times.
You can search this forum for examples.
Divination tools are best used when more clarity is needed, when making decisions.
There are a number of divination tools including:. Yi Jing methods, Mei Hua, WWG / Six Line, and Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ).
If you wish to use a divination tool, maybe one of the first three mentioned above may be a better choice as they are better suited to yes / no questions.
QMDJ, as a divination tool may be used for strategic planning. There are a number of youtube videos that may be helpful.
