Well workflow wise looking at your chart. This year you might experience a increase in workflow but, you might have to be a little more conservative with your spending.
Did you lose any weight in the past 2 years?

As for relationship wise it is definitely important to maintain a harmonious relationship with your wife. Especially someone with your chart makeup.
Your wife and career star is linked together. So even if she doesn't have a direct influence on your career if you become disharmonious with her. You could experience bad luck in the work arena as well.
You have very strong fighting energy so you need a good form of release. 
I would recommend taking up a sport or martial art like jiu-jitsu, boxing, muay thai, karate, hong keung, shaolin fist any yang martial arts.

My bad English. Lost= miscarriage, certain unwanted/want circumstance. Yes, your earth element is wife but is also your wealth star. So which is which? What if you have more than one earth, 2-3 wives or money is your wife? Need to differentiate and choose correctly. Most masters don't know and put it in one bundle. Thanks for sharing! I was checking features of your wife based on your chart. No need to look at your wifes chart.
Your chart is quite interesting from many perspectives and is borderline so many features are subject to change.
