Bazi student here so my read could be wrong! 🙏
I am sharing as I too seeked help to read my late wife bazi here 10 years ago!
LP Ding You he started drugs at 15 thus to me ding fire is drugs and Xin is like needle.
Ding drugs in hour produce/enter into Ji(longevity star) resource his body. Ji produces Xin in year pillar.
Ji body actually transformed Xin else both Xin will attack DM Xin.
I see Ji in month as parent as mother star is Jia in Hai so mother acting like a fatherly figure as real father star is Wu earth in Si. Note-Mangpai bazi assign parent stars differently.
Year pillar Xin Si is thus linked to hour pillar as Si banhe You.
You clashing Mao(longevity star) his body.
So You in hour and Xin in year pillar is the same needle!
Since he is bisexual You in hour sex pillar and Xin in Year pillar is the same man.
Mao is a lady close to his mother as it combines with Hai. Last year 2025 Yi Si probably Yi=Mao appeared?
Hai banhe Mao(money) so mother provided money etc to him.
23Aug2026 Year Bing Wu, Month Bing Shen, Day Ji Si.
LP Ding You is timing for ding/drugs attack DM Xin(the moment Ji is weaken).

Think DM Gui is conjoined with children hour pillar Gui Chou meaning very close with his children.
Probably after having children he is a stronger day master.
At the same time Day Wei is clashing to control/disciplinarian Chou hour children pillar which is super good.

Bazi student here! Think hour pillar is Gui Chou with solar adjustment. Chou metal pot is financial industry. Super good bazi dry gang of Ji Ji controlling Gui and dry gang Wei Wei Si controlling wet gang Chou. My 2 cents. 🙏

Hihi, since things will improve in Feb25 suggest hang on to your current job while applying for a government or large mnc job as your wealth You is in the year pillar.
Small local medium size companies are not suitable.
Note:-You have a mixed guansha bazi meaning issues with bosses/authorities. Luckily new Luck Pillars are wood Yin and Mao! Water can flow downstream to be transformed abit to prevent direct attack of DM Bing yourself.
Be positive as things will improve!
