(a) Joey Yap's Pure Feng Shui: Bring abundance to your relationships, and success to your career
=> an easy to read but yet practical book that you can immediately put them into action. It focuses on application and less on theory. I also like all the feng shui cures that were shared
(b) Joey Yap's Personal Date selection
Again a very practical book that shares about how you can identify the inauspicious dates and the use of 12 Day Officers

He has enjoyed 10 good years with the presence of wealth, promotion and great network in the current luck pillar (till 37 years old). In the upcoming 10 years, he may face some challenges.
He has relatively strong metal element, DO, in his chart. This implies that he can be quite stubborn/rigid/principled (hidden) and this is going to be rather apparent in the upcoming 10 years with Xin metal appearing in his luck pillar. Due to this, it may affect his relationship with his boss/clients/network/staff.
Some suggestions to reduce the negative impact :
(a) Aware of the negative aspect of a strong DO and change.
(b) Listen and respect other people's perspective and ideas.
(c) Be open to new ideas. Recognize current method/his way may not be the best way.

Are there any specific aspects that you are looking at?
Otherwise, it may be too wide to provide a reading.
I believe some say it is favourable and others say no, could be they are focusing on different aspect

Life is short and no point having people in your life who drain you of your energy. Choose your friends/partners carefully and to break if it doesn't work. Don't let their negative energy influence you. Glad that you took the step to break out of the horrible partnership and start afresh.

It is not necessary a bad thing.
Use this year to relook at the direction and the structure of the company/business. There may be a need to pivot/change if you want to continue. To get a sense of where you should go, think about what your customers want/need and less on making profit. Once you can serve the customers well, the profit will come. Time to re-look. Be ready to unlearn and learn new things.
You are a person who is very visionary, resourceful and has strong ability to see big picture/analyze major trend so you will be able to figure out. You are now constrained by your own limiting belief.
You also have the gift of great imagination so use it wisely. You may be letting your imagination drift in a negative direction, resulting in unwarranted fear and anxiety.
Your current business requires you to leverage on others very often. However, mix with the right people, otherwise their negative energy/comments may do you harm than good. Not all come with good intent so you don't have to take it to heart. Be selective with who you spend your time with.
In this current 10 years, till you are 76, there is "destruction" due to the rat and rooster. To deal with this, do not whine but to ask yourself what have you gotten out of the experience, miserable it may be. Find the problem and achieve breakthrough. Seize the opportunity to start afresh and stop bad habits which may be excessive alcohol/cause you to go into downward spiral/depression. Move on !
