FREE Life Reading Request / Challenging Dragon Year?

Hello.
Will I be able to conceive this year? Should i focus on business/career instead?
The past few weeks, from the start of the Dragon year, had been really challenging for me. My parents got into a car accident and I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy. We still consider ourselves lucky because we are all here, safe and relatively healthy. But I just want to ask how my 2024 looks like moving forward. If I need to avoid anything. I appreciate some good news, but it's ok to be completely honest.

He was born in the Philippines (Taguig City to be exact).
How do I incorporate elements of Yin Water? Can I do it physically, like have a continuous water purifier or small fountain in his room or his play area?

Hi. Can someone please help me with my son's reading?

Side story: I know that he has too many fire in his paht chee. The master I talked with to give us his chinese name gave me 金 旭 (which contributed more fire to him).
