Hi, seems like a party is interested in taking over the business by next month, but don't put too much hope on the price offered. (that guy was probably born in pig/dragon year).

Interestingly these 2 guys Bazi day pillar have stem+branch combinations with your day and month pillar.
Your Day Pillar is Yi-Mao, and Li's Day Pillar is Geng-Xu; Yi combined with Geng, Mao combined with Xu
Your Month pillar is Xin-Hai, and Yap's Day Pillar is Bing-Yin; Xin combined with Bing, Hai combined with Yin
Yap should be a person who likes elders and love to take care others; and Li is likely to be a cheerful person. I can't answer all the questions but hopefully other masters can help
