I'm just wondering if there is any good thing about having Kong Wang in Direct Officer or Hurting Officer?

1. How about kong wang in shen sha like in Direct Officer and Hurting officer? Will this affects jobs and relationships?
2. I am confused. In the bazi chart, DE appears in the earthly branch, but does it affects the heavenly branch and all the hidden stems in a luck pillar?
3. Wu Chen (DE) Year pillar interacts with Wu Chen (DE) ten year luck cycle. this is a fu yin but will the double DE neutralise the fu yin or enhance the fu yin?
4. This is not about kong Wong. What if the time pillar of someone contains all the unfavourable elements? Does it indicates a bad old age?

Currently, Im in cross-road.
I have received a temporary job offer in my hometown next year.
However, I could like to continue to stay in where I am now to look for a new job.
I could like to find out what are the chances of me obtaining sponsorship for visa to work in the foreign country.

Hi all,
I went back to school to study for my postgraduate studies. I am in Australia now. I really like it here but I am unsure if I can find employer who can sponsor my work visa yet, since I do not have working experiences in Australia. Alternatively, I will go back home to look for jobs.
I am interested in the following pathway:
1. teaching
2. IT Agile manager
3. Study part-time on Applied finance
Will like to find out if I am suitable for the above positions? Can I do finance?
Am I suitable to live in Australia and work? Thanks
