As I currently read things, Tori Spelling natal chart indicate money issue. If you read interviews with Tori and of her mother, she never learned finance discipline and had uncontrollable spending habits from a very young age. IMHO, the issues with her chart is the Ren Ding combination and the Ding Gui clash.
