Tianliang is a parental/authority figure. Typically more controlling than nice and it doesn't have to be men.

If I have to pick the most unstable sector, then it's probably happiness.

That is a good chart for career.

It's easy to get help from a much older person, but you may not always like their influence.

Did you ever get any help earlier in your career?

I know someone with tianliang in wealth sector and the other one is Dolly Parton (career sector). Both of them did get significant help from a much older person in career.
