The problem is what does lucky mean ? is it about health of his family or about wealth (feng shui for wealth ) or helping him get official position (feng shui ) .   

I would said that since the house is producing the self , therefore it would benefit him (at least on health level ) . The five line is the house and he is sitting on fourth brother line. There won't be trade of house during Mao / Yin time because the moving line become offspring in second line. I don't understand how other part was intrepreted by Wild crane

Yin wood Offspring in 2º line is in phase of vanish (10) by Month of Shen, which gives another clue of the fate of the Child. This Yin Offspring bound (Liu He) with Hai water (Self), that is why it seems to be deduced that this line is literally a son.

I think this sentence (marked in bold) is confusing. Parent yao is metal, Day is wood. If wood offends/insults metal it doesn't give/receive energy, it drains energy. Qi phase imprisoned (Qiu).
