The difficulty in the question is to know what the yong shen is. We could focus on parents as a diagnostic test, but there are 3 parents!!!, Chou, Xu and Wei.

I think Self in Kong Wang / Empty reflects my distrust of the reliability of this type of test, and not a negative result, or maybe both. Sometimes Yijing responds in a multidimensional way.

I thougt the useful god is the child star (as health and cure) , but it happen that transform into officer (sickness) , not sure why it s negative (other than false negative)

But the other way is that the 56 hex is a 6 combo hexagram , therefore if you don't want the covid 19 ; and therefore hope to have a negative result , then it s good for you

Although Child Star sounds like a good Yong Shen (cure), in this case the query is not about a (possible) illness.  It's about an antibody test.  Such test determines if there are antibodies against the corona virus in your blood. Therefore, I would choose for Sibling which represents immunity.

Sibling is Shen Metal. 
-  Shen Metal is strong in You Month but then overcome by Wu Day. 
-  Shen changes to be produced back by Wei Earth. 
In conclusion of the above, Sibling is strong enough.  Wu (Fire) represents illness.  Wu overcoming Shen means that you may have be attacked by the virus, but then Shen is strong in You Month and produced by Wei.  It means your immunity is able to withstand the virus.  Don't worry about it.

Just because the wording is "test" does not mean that I would choose Parent as the Yong Shen.  Parent as Yong Shen is related to test in the sense of examinations.  For example, entrance exam for admission to a school, final exams during school, entrance test for a job, interview test for a job etc.
