About hour pilar between me and my wife

Need advice, my DOB - 17 Sept 1972 , 04:30 AM in the morning, Jakarta, Indonesia and my wife 6 Maret 1973 , 6:10 PM , Jakarta too, Indonesia about why since after married until now we are easily dispute and misunderstanding ? is it about our hour pilar not compatible cause that  ? Need your advices how to reduced. Thank you.
