Hi magpie, sorry I'm afraid I can't help you, because there are too many hours to compare with the life facts. In this kind of situation, usually we use divination to answer a specific issue at hand. With the divination method, we don't even need the birth date.
I have done hour rectification for paid services, but only when it's between two (Chinese) hours, when the client is not sure of the exact timing and the solar time happens to be at the borderline. Once I have even done it for three Chinese hours. And it was lucky enough that we could determine the Chinese hour with a high degree of certainty.
