i have some question for ask master about question for illness

if yong shen illness line have a power  that mean  illness will grow up and  not get well that is correct or not

not master, but try to answer. the answer could be yes, could be no. depends on the hexagram. Where is this rule get from?

ok if i ask illness will get good or not good?   So if illness line have a power what that mean?
