How will his career progress?

Could someone read his career progression from this year onwards? A lot of shake ups are happening and there's uncertainties.

You had better career in the previous LP 2011-2021, but setbacks started to occur in the current LP which started in late 2021.  Competition with co-workers brought the shake-ups, and possibly some backstabbing too

2024 Jia Chen would be pretty much like 2023 Gui Mao.

He isn't sure what time he was born but it was early hours of the morning. And probably after 2am. He had an inkling it's 3+am actually. Is there a way to verify?

In 2022, he has a big, kind of like back stabbing incident at work. This year is tumultuous too. Any bad years to look out for in this decade? And moving forward, will his career progression still be good?

Verification: If he was born in the following Chinese hour of Jia Yin, then what I said above would not be correct.

These few years have been more challenging but he's still managing it. Challenging in people's matter so I would say you're correct.

Are there anything he needs to look out for in this decade for his career then?

And what about the next decade? Would it go down from here onwards?

He was born at between 1-3 a.m. (Chou hour), and very unlikely to be at 3-5 a.m. Yin hour.
The big promotion in the previous decade Yi Chou is also more consistent with the Chou hour than Yin hour.  Chou Earth is good for his career

Ai little hint for his near future: the next 5-year period 2026-2031 will be better career-wise.
