The fire element is strong in my bazi chart or bazi in general?

Maybe the reason why my resources is melting because of fire element?

You have incomplete fire 'punishment' in your chart (yin-si-shen), because the branches are not side-to-side (separated by day pillar). But I think it's strong enough to deal some damage on your metal, the intended target of fire punishment.

So, you need help from colder pillars to reduce the severity or even turn it into something beneficial.
