@zirener ,
For HS, basics: combines goes first before other interactions.
And the participating elements are unaccessible for other interactions afterwards.
A bit more advance: combines in natal chart goes first before combines coming from decade or annual pillars.
Even more advance: interaction from rolling month, day, hours in order of precedence, and the reach for each. I think for different schools, there may be different teaching, so you can do your own research on this based on your preference.

Your chart should be weak because:
- Born in Xu month, which is earth holding residual energies of summer fire and autumn metal. Day Master is water, which is completely out of alignment, so considered born out of season = +1 weak factor
- In HS, ignoring DM, 2 out of remaining 3 elements are weakening DM = +1 weak factor
- In EB, 3 out of 4 elements are weakening to DM element = +1 weak factor
- DM rooted in water = +1 strong factor
- DM tightly "strangled" by Yi wood and Wu earth because of proximity, Xin metal too far away to help much, Wu earth rooted so is grip is stronger = +1 weak factor
So overall I would conclude your are weak chart.
But charting and structure assessment is also more of a thing for traditional school, so there are ways to go about life and succeed with a weak chart.
