For career, I will zoom in on Direct Officer (Yang earth).
2024 is bad because AP Chen earth combine with LP You metal.
I think next LP Wu-Xu holds a lot of potential because it is Direct Officer in both stem and branch.

Stem is sort-of a guaranteed good for career because Jia wood feeds Bing fire feeds Wu earth (ignore DM).
It can backfire is if the Hour Pillar has:
- a Gui water stem because it will combine away the Wu earth.
- or a Xin metal stem because it will combine away Bing fire and then allow Jia wood to suppress Wu earth.

In the branch, Wu fire and Wei earth both form a combination and can be ignored.
This leaves Yin wood suppressing Xu earth, which is not good for career unless:
- Hour Pillar branch gives another Wu fire to bridge.
- or Hour Pillar branch is Hai water which can combine away Yin wood, leaving Xu unharmed.
Also avoid Mao because it will combine away Xu.

With the above established, we can work out birthday is 1986, June 8.
Base on the Chinese Almanac:
1. Gui stem hour is 1 to 3am (avoid)
2. Xin stem hour is 5 to 7pm (avoid)
3. Wu branch hour is 11am to 1pm
4. Gui stem 9 to 11pm, with Hai branch hour 9 to 11pm
So if solar adjusted birth time is #3, that'll be the best for the career in the upcoming LP.
#1, #2 are the worst.
#4 and every other hour is a mixed bag.

So we can't conclude much without knowing the actual Hour Pillar.
