Νext week is going to be on surgery of my wife's bride ...
She is quite scared because found an adrenal tumor quite large ...
we are afraid of a metastasis ....
Some help is much appreciated...

Illness can be on Officer line. Its very, very well controlled. It is move to fire, fire falls in Xu in the day and month branch. Whatever it is will disappear?

Chen clashes Xu open, but not in this case, as line can't impose relationship on Day/Month branch.

So I'd say it will be beneficial, in the sense that illness will disappear.
Can Officer line be doctor, and this show that doctor will decide not to make operation?
I don't think so, as that would mean no line showing the illness and that doesn't make much sense.

If she isn't asking, but you are asking for yourself, same result, as Asset line is hidden behind the 4th line. Its still very strong as day and month support her. Officer is still falling in the Tomb.

Similar result looking at Yong. Yin <> Wu <> Xu, it makes arch/frame of Fire in potential... However not moving, so we can just say its just potential, while in practice its very, very weak.

First time she is getting this surgery
I think that child Ti Self line is any hope that she expecting  (wishful thinking and feeling ) and Yongshen... is good to be producing by year, month,day Xu earth..

Si fire producted line is yuan Shen and I guess is the surgery of tumour removal.

I don't feel safe that everything will smoothly well..!!
The reason is Next month is Hi water month that clash with competition ... Si sibbling...!!
So no luck for Yuanshen... root base of Yongshen on hope...!!
The Fushen line wife You metal now in Kong wang :
1st.  After 5 days when clashed by Mao day or 
2nd.  After 9 days when physically will be out of emptiness.
The occurring production of Feishen together by year, month, day EB Xu earth..the Wife you metal  will revealed...

Officer Zi stands for illness, this is the Ji Shen (Annoying God).  Ji Shen changes into Si, which is Jue stage.  Jue = vanished, so it's good for Officer that stands for illness to go into Jue stage.
By the way, Zi represents among other things kidney.  This is the adrenal gland that's attached to the kidney, am I correct?  When did the illness occur?

As Gmuli said, Zi is very very well controlled by Month and Day.  Not only that, Chen line actually is a hidden movement, strong by Month and Day, so Chen overcomes Zi Officer.  If she can, try to choose a female surgeon.  The result will be even better.

About the hexagram creation, it would have been better if she herself tossed the coins instead of you.

she went to hospital for some abdominal pains ..
and accidentally found this by some exams....

I asked when it occurred because I was a bit surprised that the Illness line comes with White Tiger.  In the context of illness, this Animal is related to sudden or emergency cases.  The other meaning is blood loss or surgery.  Indeed she is going to undergo surgery.

Child or Offspring is the Yong Shen, because it overcomes the Illness line.  In Bazi terms, Output overcomes Officer    There are quite some common concepts between Liu Yao and Bazi

Therefore I pretty much agree with this:

Yes, you're right about the terminology.  Illness line by definition is the Hostile God. But in some cases the Hostile God is more important than the Annoying God, like in health cases.

All health test examinations just as MRI, blood , CT and many others are very clear with normal indications....
Today surgeon appointed the 29 on this month surgery to be made ...

After tumour will removed ... a part of it will sending for biopsy.
I hope everything be done smoothly well ..

Why did you advice to choose a female surgeon, the main zi line moving is yang?
