- The disease is ongoing and worsening, but limited (Zi Wealth vitalises Official, but Zi is weak by Month/Day).
- Chou siblings bond and dominate Wealth Zi (defensive system is controlling the source of the disease). Chou siblings are also strong for Month and with progressive branches.
- Official is strong by Day, Di-Wang life-stage, but weak by Month, he is obviously is in poor health, but in the medium term Oficial (disease) has no strength to keep getting sick.

Seems in bad shape, won't expect him to be great in the coming days. If he gets better in fire days, then the 3 fire combination pulled the Yin as well. So if he gets better in 2 days, means this can work for 3 fire combination. But its likely it won't in my humble opinion and will expect him to only get worse, even more so in 4 days from now when metal gets out of void.

While even if the fire combination works, he may get better in 2 days, but may get worse in 2 more days with the end of void anyway, as fire isn't that strong in this day and month to begin with.

When he can start getting better... Doesn't seem will be very soon, maybe in the water days if all is good until then. Maybe not.

Although I do have to clarify(if it isn't obvious) that this is just a reading, I don't know him personally and i just assume he will be on Officer. Even if I did - still just a reading, so don't take it too seriously, time will tell how it will all go. : )

This Officer comes with White Tiger.  This Animal sign - among many organs (parts of body) - represents the lungs.  This is one sign of corona virus. 

Let me refer to Sacrar's hexagram about his own health (query: is my cold caused by covid-19?).  And here's my analysis again:

White Tiger (Bai Hu) is also Metal, and it's not with the Officer line.

That's why Sacrar was not infected.

About the other thing... Its interesting approach doing it backwards(finding out all images of lungs and see if they are connected to the line). But that doesn't work for me so far, and I tested it a lot some time ago.

But for me I had plenty of times when I was really worried about something, asked like that and it mapped out exactly what I was worried about. Then asking with a little changed question from a calmer state and it had nothing to do with the previous hexagram.  At the end the real events seems mapped by the second hexagram, nothing to do at all with first one.
So im more inclined to the other explanation that I mentioned.
