Assuming that you assign Others line as the line of the store: behind the line of the store is Child (Zi Water), not Asset line.

What your Yong Shen should be is Asset line, since we take Asset as representing the food item.
You want to look at Mao Wood.  Mao Wood is weak by both Month and Day, so that food might not have been there.

It was probably still stuck somewhere in a warehouse --> Others line is Tomb/Storage of Mao.  Mao combines with Xu, which is another parent line, different from Wei.  It shows the warehouse is at another place somewhere, maybe in the distribution center.

It was a Sunday when you raised the hexagram.  So the store was probably closed, therefore the Voidness of Others line.  But the next day was an end of the Void Stream, where Others line will go out of Void.  The store should have opened again on Monday.

You see now why I need the dates... sometimes I can tell a better story with the date. 

Is the salami a vegetarian type?  I remember that you said you tend to eat vegetarian.  But from the hexagram, this salami you're interested is regular meat, maybe chicken.

The void in this case is called "fake Kong Wang".  It seems like the store was closed, but actually it was just a resting day (Sunday).  In a real Kong Wang, you see stores closing for real, such as in this corona time, when some stores have to close for weeks and lose business.

I don't eat chicken and a few others, though, although that has exceptions as well.

However, we aren't in the places wikipedia lists, so in here it was very likely made instead of that, from veal and pork(I'm using automatic translation for the words), as it was made in the place that we asked about.
They were making their own food and salads and stuff, it was good place.
It isn't 100% thing, but its the most likely scenario imo.

Could be, yea. They have other locations for parts of the store, its somewhat complex, as the store is merged between stuff. So the packaged part of it has other locations, the salad and stuff too, the food I don't know. I know they had restaurant or something, but not sure if that counts as it was just around the corner.

So I can't say it isn't true, but its complex.

Interesting case for false kong wang and hidden lines.

Does Zi Offsprings come out of hiding mode? Hard to discern:
- Zi not supported by Day and Month
- Controlled by visible line (but is in kong wang)
- visible line even in kong wang is supported per month and day.
- Both visible (Wei) and non visible lines (Zi) are in vanish/extinct phase (Day Si Fire)

What is not clear to me is whether it is false kong wang or real kong wang, since the vanish phase reinforces the idea of real kong wang. A fake kong wang would be if the shop was open that day, but the fact is that it was closed.

If Offsrpring don't come to hidden mode, they would be like missing customers of the store, unable to buy anything, since the store is closed.

Yet it was loong time ago and I have no idea what that possible was. : )

Though with Zi would guess was something salty.
