An empty line being clashed by the day, comes out of the void?

Hi all,

I have a doubt with the empty lines or kong wang being clashed by the day (opposite of the Day). According to A. Chiu a line when is clashed by the day solidifies (comes out of the void), but I'm not sure if that rule is true, I haven't seen that rule in other books like J. Chiu's.

J. Chiu says in particular:

If a neutralized line is being the oppositte of the day branch, let us call it neutralized opposite or Chong-Kong, it would signify on one hand a change of event in space and time and could thus possibly lead to a failure, and on the other hand it will lose its ability to impose any effects onto other Lines. So does its Changed Line, or viceversa. A neutralized opposite would only happen in either the Day of Wu o the Day of Ji.

If a neutralized Line is in conjuntion with the day branch, it generally represents a false agreement, even with prior verbal commitment.

I find this one of the hardest passages in his book to understand. I have no idea what he means by "change of event in space and time and could thus possibly lead to a failure"

I don't know what he meant, but void line solidifying is used by everyone I think.
I keep this rule in mind, never seen good example with or without it, yet I have more then a few that were very clear and accurate at the time, and all of them the void line became present on the day the void ended, not on the day day branch clashed it.

So I'm open that it may work if the day hits it on the day of asking, but not sure I have example with that.
