I cannot comment on your "new" hexagram, Sacrar.  After seeing too many hexagrams for one topic, I am bewildered.

Up to this moment, the winner is still not clear.  About the numbers, I've just discovered this about the election date:

20+20 = 40
11+3 = 5
40 + 5 = 45. 

Donald Trump is the 45th president of the US.  If he's the president again, then he would still be officially called the 45th president of the US.  If Biden wins, then he would be the 46th president.

Does that mean the winner is the 45th president or Trump?

Up to this moment, the winner is still not clear.  At least, this part is happening now as I predicted:

Mao Wood as Parent line represents the ballots.  There may be some issues with the ballots/counting in this election.

As I read in the news, "crush of mail-in ballots slows count in 4 key states".  It may take several days to complete.  Apparently, due to the corona pandemic, there are a lot more mail-in ballots, which has not happened in recent history.

I made that observation in Tientai's hexagram (Reply #2).

Biden doesn't look as though he has Trumped fully locked in. I don't see any eyes rolling back or anyone slapping out.

Biden still has to hang on there. Trump may slip out - I doubt Trump get a strong counter or reversal.....
But that fight would drag out for how long.
