Bazi career advice

Hello fellow bazi practitioner. I recently started to read up on bazi analysis and I kind of hit a road block here especially when I am trying to analyze my own chart. I hope you all can provide me with some help and advice regarding this matter.

To start things off, here is my particulars:
DOB: 14 September 1984
Time: 13:33
Timezone: GMT+8
Gender: Male

According to my chart, I am a strong Xin Metal because I was born in the season of Autumn, which is strong for metal. In the heavenly stem, my day master is supported by my output element which is water and followed by my wealth element which is wood. From my analysis, I should have a good career luck that brings me wealth. However, I have trouble in gaining and accumulating wealth. I also do not receive satisfaction and recognition in my current career. I am wondering, am I in the wrong career path or is there something else that I missed in my chart.

On another matter, I have been single for some time. Is there any luck for me to meet my prospect other half?

No, I have not considered that. Do you mean by going freelance or starting a business?

Stem in Hour Jia is the same with HHS of day branch .. isn't  the case that hour pillar is connected with host day pillar ?
This connection may not  occur due to mutual breakage 破 between You (Lu) - Wu ?
What is the role of You as Lu of Xin Day master ?
