Psychologically, you all would think this way is because you all are rather passive and is not aware the impact of emotion connections during interaction and communication. The way I see it, your output element (earth) is too strong. Based on the experiences you shared and as I browse through your chart throughout the years, I think your personality is one where you generally just go ahead and pursue what you like. You don't typically heed the opinions of others, you don't think too much and just act. Being too strong in output element, and at the same time draining your support element (wood) makes you quarrelsome. Not only you are likely not to care about other people's opinion, likely you will fight back against them.

Ceramics craft and trades is actually a very perfectly matching job to your strong output element. I think you should continue. But for me, I think to achieve success in life, base on your Bazi, you need to curb your output element strength. Bring it down to a level where you present the best version of you, the best display of your talents, but none of the negatives like being quarrelsome, fighting back as long opinions don't agree with yours.

I suggest strengthening your support element. Do activities that are governed by the support element like practicing respect for others through restrain, or religion/deep-reflection/self-study to calm down the output element. I heard many bad things about earth punishment. From my observation, they're usually bad for relationship and behavioral issues. Not quite damaging for career/wealth.

In terms of house ownership, you must focus on the quality of life inside the house and the spiritual side of everyone. It should be perceived as a home/sanctuary, not asset/social status.
