Do you have good luck with career/finance during 20s to 30s but starts wobbling in your 40s (Ji Chou LP)?

Between 20 and 25 were challenging in terms of career progress and finance (my family went bankrupt when I was 19, whereas the period from 26 to 35 was significantly better for advancing my career.  Up until now, my career path has been ups and downs, but the compensation consistently improved during these periods. And also I don’t need to be worry about my family because they are a bit well-off now.

I don’t like hot temper guy but now I don’t have anyone like that in my close circle.

2008-09 was my lucky year for career advancement but with a lot of backstabbing happened to me in my office. 2019 I underwent a minor surgery.

Wood and fire are your lucky elements. So, commercial relationship and romance should preserve the strength of these elements in your chart.

Your partner's bazi chart should preserve/amplify wood/fire in your chart, not clash. This may reflect more on his personality than career or financial status.

You only need improvement during unfavorable decade luck. Aside from keeping your expectation low and trying to slow down accordingly, you may need assistance from people or companies who preserve/amplify wood/fire in your chart. Some companies have known official birthdays.

Activities/objects related to wood and fire also help, but the effect is limited to happiness or relaxation. If you're peaceful, then maybe you're healthier too.

Basically, earth is okay as long as its presence combines/supports your fire (wealth). So, dry earth like Wei/Xu is better than wet earth like Chen/Chou.

IMO, earth from LP will have more impact on your career/finance. Earth from other people's chart will have more impact on relationship. Same with wood/fire.

Yeah, you should beware of people with strong wet earth, water or metal in their chart. They can be friends, but not as close as business partners or life companion.

Naturally, you are attracted to wood and fire energy in other bazi charts. But beware of 'surface-level' attraction. Their stems are wood and fire, but the branches (contain bigger energy) are dominated by water/metal/wet earth. The person may appear nice and fun to talk with, but they don't have what you need as a life companion. So, you should dig deep to really know who they are.

Actually, earth in your own chart is your spousal luck.
If you want better chance of getting a partner, you would want to strike at a time period where your earth luck is stronger and unharmed, then you chances of getting together with the opposite gender is higher.

This is separate from the topic of elemental energy of the other person's chart, which is tackling compatibility.

So while I agree with @coldpillow that your chart likes wood and fire more…maybe I would prefer more fire than more wood as wood tend to come into conflict with earth.
Fire is better as a bridge and helps grow earth.

Technically…this current Ji Chou LP is challenging for you to find a partner, despite being a very strong earth pillar.
Jia wood in your chart takes away the Ji earth for a combination.
Mao wood in your chart clash away the Chou earth.
But there will be points of better chances, like I think 2024 will have better chances with additional Chen earth in the branch, particularly in June or at least mid-year-ish when the elements are hot.

Courting strategies-wise, since fire grows earth, fire is your wealth luck.
So maybe you can win hearts via display of your intelligence/capabilities or even directly with display of wealth somehow (morally not sure how I feel about this, but hey, if it leads to a happy ending, why not?).

And then compatibility checks you can go with what @coldpillow suggested.
