I have a few questions about my future
« on: November 19, 2023, 10:36:16 AM »
Hi, I have a few questions about my chart.

Birthtime: 23:07
Birthdate: 14/02/2001
Birthplace: Killeen, Texas, USA
Gender: Female

I would like to know about my love life (the chance of marriage and possible children), or if it would be better for me to focus on myself (my career and wealth) instead? Would one bring me more satisfaction and happiness than the other? I will note here that I've wanted to be a mother since I was a child, specifically with the idea of adopting a child, though I've warmed up to the idea of giving birth as of becoming an adult. Based on my chart, is that a realistic goal to have, or should I look at different goals?
My chart is a little confusing to me, as well. My Day Master is incredibly weak, and I have a strong 7K presence in my chart. I was wondering if that presents itself in a particular way, as I'm unsure on what to make of that, beyond the knowledge that my life tends to be marked by difficult interpersonal relationships. Related question, is my chart a Follower chart? If so, which kind?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @rhirhi ,

Attached is your chart.
Your chart is really interesting because the way the elements interact forms a story for me.

The Geng in your main chart stem is really fascinating because it is so well protected, and the only thing that can harm it also tells a piece of the story.
Geng is Yang metal and generally the only thing that can harm another Yang element directly is either through a combine or getting suppressed by its controlling element.
Metal's controller is Fire.
There are 2 possibilities: Bing (yang fire) and Ding (yin fire).
Yin elements cannot harm Yang elements, so Ding cannot harm Geng.
If Bing appears, it will form a combination with Xin metal, preventing it from harming Geng.
So your Geng is quite safe, except when Yi wood appears, which forms a combination with Geng.
Yi happens to be your Direct Officer as well (but more on what that means later).

In the branches, Shen metal naturally chops down Yin wood - again, metal dominates.

Metal is your output element.
Output is a person's expression, instinctive talents, ability to act based on gut feel.
For females, it is also their affinity with offspring.
From your chart, you have 3 metals, so there is potential for having 3 kids.

For career vs children, why does it have to be either or?
Can't it be both simultaneously?
But from the chart, you have heavier affinity with output, so children will likely bring you satisfaction over work.

And here's where the interesting "story" comes in.
Because Yin wood represents your wants (ambitions), having Shen metal suppressing it tells me that if you do have kids, the time and effort you need to spend on them will put a dent in your ambitions.
For the opposite, we look back at the Geng in the stems.
As Yi wood is Direct officer, it represents your employment / career.
It is the only thing that can affect your Geng metal, which is your expression / affinity with kids.
So when career comes into play, chances for and/or relationship with children drops.

So it does seem like life is pushing you to choose one.
Also....I feel ultimately you will choose a path based on what you feel more than based on any one's advice / readings / words.
This is because of the Geng and Shen metal being so dominant and they are also your output elements, so you might decide base on instincts.

Interpersonal relationship might be poor because your chart contains no Friend/Self/Companion elements at all.
You elements are quite spread out, so I don't think you are a follower chart.

I wonder if you have a good father figure?

Do you have a tough, complicated life but you are mentally designed to be sensitive/sentimental and carefree?
