Fire is also my useful element and my chart has too much water that cause me to be very emotional and depressed, so the Feng Shui fire activation also useful for me! That's exactly what I need to help with my emotional issue and to reach emotional stability.. I even don't know before fire activation exist. So, really thankful to you. 
 I Will also light candle for 30minutes in South (Wu). Hope it can cure my emotional issue..

My opinion on your mother chart looking at her marriage:
If she married to super rich spouse, then her hour is likely Yi Wei hour. Spouse in Bing Shen hour doesn't look rich. Bing Shen hour also denotes unfaithful woman who had husband and cheat with other man

Personally I have to give your dad big thanks too, he saved me indirectly.  The drugs you recommend is better than many doctors' prescription here.
