I am still learning but doesn't seem to get very far. 😅😅

Will read up and look at examples myself to understand his chart better to see if the sub qi makes it not a follower chart.

Sounds about right. He has leadership qualities and seemed to be hitting a roadbump this year due to a not so good boss.
