Which hour to take?

Hi guys.
For a guy who like to take short cut on his work. he is not good at following rules and always get into trouble. what will be his hour?
He was jobless in 2014 to 2015. he found a job in 2016 jan.

ren geng xin xin
wu zi  mao hai    or

gui geng xin xin
wei zi mao hai.

he got himself into trouble again in feb this year which is a full jai/yin wood pillar.

Tks for your input. He does have many bad habits like coming late for work, having difficulty taking order from his boss or supervisor... He likes spent time chatting with his colleague and treat them with small gift. Usually that come with request for some form of helps in return.

I wonder if he has any true friends in his work place? What will be his worst HS elements in your opinion?

Summary:
At first it looks like this is a gang of metal, water against wood. But now it looks like Geng-Zi rejects the entire chart. Why the entire chart? Because hai-mao-wei is one gang and DM rejects wei and mao which is part of hai-mao-wei wood gang. This is of course if it is wei hour 

I like your summary.

Wei hour seems to fit his character. (Geng-Zi reject entire chart) what does that mean in his current life?

Because Ren as output can represent speaking.
Ren located in hour also confirms that it is related to mouth as hour pillar is the location for head, face, etc.
Finally, Ren performs work with Wu horse so such person would be good at speaking and often has foreign language abilities.

From MP perspectives : Ren is Eating God, and Shi Shen ( EG) in Hour performing work (Ren Wu is self-combining pillar)  stands for abilities to foreign languages, skills. Shi Shan performing work belongs to intelligent people - it does not look like this DM is intelligent with a good education. I am joining JLim, Vince  - Gui Wei is a better choice.

In chart 2 DM Geng produces Shang Guan Gui but Gui does not do anything – this is major drawback. That is why he is bad with any languages. Seal Wei is harmed by Zi  - education suffers.
Wei-Mao and Wei-Hai is work. But Mao as Cai is in contradiction. 2015 is the arrival of this contradiction as a result he is jobless. Chart 1 has no such thing.

Wu is still not well-controlled due to Mao.  This is a better chart than Gui Wei hour, but may be not that good to have a good business of his own. Hai does not perform work.

That's right, Gui not doing anything is a major drawback.  Well, he can still talk-talk-talk...   But yes, education suffers a lot! Seal Wei is harmed by Zi, you're right!

Wei-Mao and Wei-Hai is work. But Mao as Cai is in contradiction. 2015 is the arrival of this contradiction as a result he is jobless. Chart 1 has no such thing. 

Wei-Mao and Wei-Hai are not work processes, because Zi-Mao (Po) and Zi-Wei (Hai/harm) making a mess of those work processes.

So his xin/mao mth pillar can be read as he love to make friends. But the process of making friends hurt his wealth. Or he has to spent lots of money making friends. Is that right? What about xin/hai. What can we tell about it?

Bing is his 7k. Like what seekingc had said xu punish wei combo with mao. what can we expect from this LP?
His current operation manager will be back next week. Will next monday be a tough day for him? Current mth is yi/mao. Yi combine with geng forming more Geng. Xu combo away mao. What does it mean to him?

Yi/mao mth
wu/xu year
Will Geng/Xu day good for him?
