We need to combine his Bazi and his manager's Bazi (which he would not know anyway) on a very short time frame (day outlook). I think a divination could be more straightforward for this case.

Some update.
He didn't get fired. He managed to explain himself out of his situation and have now changed his work attitude. He said he got advice from his friend who is also his section supervisor before his meeting with his Operation Manager. He got a warning and he promised to change that it.

I think his current LP is favorable to him. What you think?

I would said he got more easy life in this current job. He basically got bad work relationship with his immediate supervisor. He is someone who cant follow rules and like to take short cut. He has better relation with his colleagues. Sometime will gang up to play tricks to his supervisor.

If you are working with him, basically you have to tolerate lots of his bad habits. There will be some who can and some who disliked him.

Just some update.
An incident occurred on

28 Sept 2018 2114

3days later he went to office and send in his resign letter giving a 1 mth notice.

Resigned date 01 Oct 2018

On the 16 oct 2018 he was told by his operation manager not to come to work that day and to report to H.Q on 17 oct to surrender his company I.D card.

What can we tell from this date effect on him?

Life Pillar does a good job to give some hint on what the essence of the life will revolve around from my point of view(others would disagree, as it is not easy to see it, even more so for ppl we don't know).


Then Pillar of Conception Aura as it is made from the elements that would combine with the Day Pillar, can be viewed as what is needed for union / fullness.

I don't think they do. Street blind practitioners use them apparently, but that is very different style(as they use a lot of Na Yin, Shen Sha and other stuff).
I don't use them a lot too.

And the Soul...
Relation to our Soul is complicated(for most of humanity, anyway). As the connection to it is very different depending on our understanding and the way we function here(electromagnetic flow in our bodies etc.)

For example we can look at the experience that could be gathered while living/experiencing on Earth as represented by 6 steps, what in the esoteric schools is viewed as Initiation.
Each initiation is changing completely how the flow in our bodies will move... That changes everything, from the way we view existence and Source/God/Way etc. to how our chakras function.

The Soul for example initially we can connect as a point in our Prana Channel above our head(around 20cm for most people). However, as someone takes 3th initiation(something that through the changes last few decades humanity have taken collectively, but haven't integrated yet), the Heart and Throat chakra merge forming a very big center called "Cosmic Heart" in upper part of our chest.

At 3th initiation when that "space" is created, the Soul comes down merging with the Cosmic Heart and anchoring strongly into the Thymus Gland. At that point on any rules we will use for it will change, as the light in us functions in a different way.


So my idea is that humanity relation to its Soul(collective and individual) is a lot more complicated then it may seem and I'm not sure we can follow all that from any astrological or similar system, as they are catching the moment the Soul becomes represented here... Above is more subtle and difficult to fully get without using very different terminology and a lot different ways for gathering knowledge(much more related to meditation and inner path). Both have their place of course, just not fully flowing into each other yet. Someday, hopefully...

I'm not sure this is for here... But this is about the Soul and how it functions, and this is what the question was about... So why not...
