Hi @Tientai, based on your hexagram above, Croatia will win.  Self line (representing Russia) is empty, and weak by both Month and Day.  The Wood San He Formation is not useful for the Self line. 

Self line sitting on the second line coming with Xuan Wu (Tortoise), means Russia
(1) is the host team
(2) the weather during the match will be cool but no rain

The score may be 2:0 for Croatia, just guessing from the hexagram.

Hour is crucial for self line Si to be out of emptiness ...
The notorious triangle of Mao around Self line can produce Si fire .. and Si fire can strengthened by this product .. (according Alex Chiu ).
Then Self Officer Si line (Russia) as winner Star even if not full of strength can be more promising from Other 5th unmoving Brother You metal (Croatia) .. is good player but just that ...

Of course the betting experts favour croasia ... Let's see who will win ...!!!
*By the way .. why Mao triangle is not properly formed ? .. due to Hai water 3d line that is identifies (Lin) with 4th line and /or by Hour Hai ?

    I guess due to Hai water 3d line that identifies (Lin) with 4th line and /or by Hour Hai ?

3. Month Wei is a Tomb ( Mu) of Wood ... this influences the proper formation ...

Well, can you explain what you mean by hour making Si out of emptiness, because I don't understand this.
And what time did you raise the hexagram (I assume using the coin tossing method)?  It's not written in your hexagram plot.

The notorious triangle of Mao around Self line can produce Si fire .. and Si fire can strengthened by this product .. (according Alex Chiu ).

The triangular or San He formation is properly formed in this case.

But Si is in Kong Wang (Emptiness), and this is not a fake Kong Wang but real Kong Wang.  So Si Fire cannot be strengthened by the Wood San He formation. 

If Si had been strengthened, then I would say Russia would have won.

I raised this Hexagram by tossing the coins on July 07, 2018, 01:33:38 PM....

The football play was started on 21:00 Hour:
With sidereal summer time Is 20:00 ... : Xu earth .... Hai water ...

I based falsely on the Hai hour that can clash Si Self 2nd line in Kong wan that can open this Emptiness..!!.
If this could happen I thought that Self line can receive the San He of wood to produce it's deficient stage that it was ..!!
That's all but it's not working ...!!
