Almost all characters in his chart do not perform any "work".  For example, controlling Gui Officer? This is not "work": Si being strong in the Month wants to control Gui, but instead Geng comes to produce Gui. 

Or may Geng and Gui controls Bing?  Not possible to control, because Bing Fire in this chart environment is far stronger. 

If you keep analyzing the work processes in the Mangpai system, then you will see that eventually no character performs any work.  This leads to introversion and shyness.

Output Stars are interesting.  When they perform work well, the person is a nice conversationalist.  But here, Xu, Wei and Xu damage each other through punishment.   I think he does not like to talk.

what annoys me is my lack of energy. I only seem to gather real energy when i do astrology research,but that doesnt make Money. Even playing guitar doesnt motivate me enough, I teach languages occasionaly but I try to have my students to do the talking and as they often say about weak DM with too much output,I often have to cover up lack of skill in teaching,but I think the main reason is that I`m unable to focus on one thing.It`s music,astrology,sociology,languages.Too many things for my brain and I have to think about making Money.The odd thing is when I start talking I`m like a roller coaster,I cant stop and often cut out others. And as they say,people rarely change. That`s why most astrology clients keep on asking the same questions year after year. I have a client since 2007 and she is like that.Always the same questions
