I usually try to read charts of people I know personally or friends of friens, a its awesome how nice the chart fits when looked like this. Will give it a try on this, of course it can work at times, but rarely as useful as when we know the person and can see the stuff unfolding.
So will try step by step in the way Puppy seem to have done it before. I agree with much of what was said, but haz some differences so nice to add I think. )
Spouse Palace is wealth. That can be seen as something that is deep within the person. What connects to them more deeply then everything else.
Image 1 - Spouse Palace is controlled by Day Stem. He may like to control the relationship.
Image 2 - Spouse Palace is Indirect Wealth, he sees the relatinoship as something valuable that comes in bursts.
Mao extends to the Month. He also feels for the people nearby him. If someone connects to them they can connect to him.
Mao combines with Xu carring Resource Image. Mao and Xu share Images, now Mao also has Resource Images. So Mao can represent his mother.
The resource in the hour combines both with his Day Branch and with Month Branch. There is some documentation that people can see that is important to him and people around him.
Spouse Star - Gui. Unstable on top of Mao. So people nearby him(possibly his mother) want him to get married, but the connection to the Star is not so strong.
In the stems Wu combine with Gui. Another Image of documentation that tries to obtain the Spouse Star in the month branch. That brings connection now, Mao to Xu, Wu to Gui. So we have connectino strong enough for marriage, but that goes through their desire for it.
So in a sense, he wants what people see in him(hour pillar) to be Image of a married person(Resource in the Hour obtaining Wealth and Spouse Star). And that can lead to marriage, yet that is difficult to keep, as there are too many steps from the spouse to his heart.

Long path from Spouse Star to Spouse Palace.
Makes sense to arrive at marriage, maybe will do it multiple times, but challenging to keep it going for long. As the Resource(marriage certificate) is what is the idea, and that needs a person, but the connection with the person is not as strong.
Gui can represent multiple people going through this path in my view. Can see if that is the case based on date he meets them, but considering its not so stable, will likely be many people.
Si as father, makes sense, if its important asking for it can help(him for events to align the chart).
