I think the major problem can come from Rob Wealth, which means money loss. Yang Fire would be good, to take away Yang Metal and warm up the chart.

To All,

IMHO, Geng produces Gui which produces Wei (Seal and Wealth tomb). DM want to obtain Authority and Wealth.  Zi is Lu of Gui so Day and Hour pillars are Host. Zi also produces Mao in Month.
Wei, Mao and Hai form a Wood San He, again image of DM wanting to obtain Wealth.
But Zi Harms Wei and Zi breaks Mao. Not a good chart. DM works against himself, trouble making money. Maybe does like like school (poor education).

I am not sure if the two Xin in the stem are considered Yang Ren. If so, they do nothing and so are not auspicious. As JohnyQi mentioned, Bing may be helpful.

His current LP is bing xu. Bing is running the first 5 years and it ending this year. Bing xu happens to be a solid pillar. Does his life has anything to do with solid or unstable pillar?  Basically he don't like to observe house rules. That's really killed him in many jobs he had.

I'm guessing.  Similar to understanding the DM strength, pillar stabiliability is probably 1 piece of an equation / analysis.

By the way, I might be wrong about water element. I mentioned he favor his output. However, in order to use his output, he needs to be a strong DM.  when AP or LP comes & make him a strong DM, RW is right next to him ready to take it away.

Ren
I think you are right. He always self sabotage his own career in terms of going against his supervisor and not fulfilling his job duties. Maybe he wish to be his own boss but current lp doesn't support his dreams.

I m curious. Does having more stable pillars in chart have anything to do with chart grading? Any opinion on this?

No, there is no direct correlation of pillar stability and chart grading.

Indeed, look at Clint Eastwood's chart below: all four pillars are unstable.  (Year-Month-Day-Hour)

Isn't this a special chart with only 2 elements? Is there normal chart with 4 unstable pillars but end up rich?

Noted. They like acting, pretending to be something else. Good point. Are there actors or actress chart for eg?

I did a lot of research on unstable pillars, most actors have unstable Output, Wealth or Power. I would say 90% of them. It makes them artistic, communicative and charismatic.

I think there is no real correlation between unstable pillars and being successful actors.

Al Pacino, American actor.  This Wu DM has only stable pillars: two of them are Output Pillars.

Gene Hackman, American actor.  This Ding DM has 2 unstable Wealth Pillars and 1 unstable Output Pillar.
