Psychologically, you all would think this way is because you all are rather passive and is not aware the impact of emotion connections during interaction and communication. When the feeling is right - and you make the decision to go further, you may be very surprise OH so this is how my GF look like..

I'm not really sure... but you can try to increase your money luck by increasing more metal in your ceramics work. For example, making crowns and bridges for cosmetic dentistry purpose.

The way I see it, your output element (earth) is too strong. Based on the experiences you shared and as I browse through your chart throughout the years, I think your personality is one where you generally just go ahead and pursue what you like. You don't typically heed the opinions of others, you don't think too much and just act. Being too strong in output element, and at the same time draining your support element (wood) makes you quarrelsome. Not only you are likely not to care about other people's opinion, likely you will fight back against them.
Ceramics craft and trades is actually a very perfectly matching job to your strong output element. I think you should continue. But for me, I think to achieve success in life, base on your Bazi, you need to curb your output element strength. Bring it down to a level where you present the best version of you, the best display of your talents, but none of the negatives like being quarrelsome, fighting back as long opinions don't agree with yours.
I suggest strengthening your support element. Do activities that are governed by the support element like practicing respect for others through restrain, or religion/deep-reflection/self-study to calm down the output element. Metal, your wealth luck, is also another way to balance your chart. Make good use of your strong output to create wealth. coldpillow's idea on adding metal to your ceramic works to add value is feasible - I will expand on that idea: Have you thought of how to upgrade/transform your business strategically so that revenue can increase? Which market segments to attack/position your service to bring the most value to customers? What kind of people do you need to network with for the greatest outcome? These kinds of wealth-driven activities will help put your output element to good use and drain it down to healthy levels, at the same time bringing you better revenue. It will be a little uncomfortable because you don't naturally have any metal in your chart, so you have to force yourself.
As for Geng Wu and Xin Wei luck pillars, from my calculation, those pillars have greater risk of losing wealth/love. Because your Bing fire harms the Geng and combines with the Xin, both leading to a reduction of metal energy. Hard to confirm what is the source of the wealth/love loss - could be peers taking advantage, could be competitors in the market, could be referring to your own behaviour.

I heard many bad things about earth punishment. From my observation, they're usually bad for relationship and behavioral issues. Not quite damaging for career/wealth.
In terms of house ownership, you must focus on the quality of life inside the house and the spiritual side of everyone. It should be perceived as a home/sanctuary, not asset/social status.

Don't keep all the money to yourself. They probably need your help/attention too. Sometimes it's not much, sometimes it's a lot.
If we still need continual support from people whom we called friends and family, then we must 'invest' for that accordingly.

While Xu dog, makes frame with Yin tiger and they 'search' for Fire/People. So isn't focusing on expression much.
Otherwise the premise is true, they do create stuff, but I think sometimes it may be creating within them(inner dialog, instead of outer one etc.)]
Just a guess, though who knows at the end, maybe he just balanced the expressive side hehe
Idk, just some ideas why it may be off at times.

exactly a competitive relationship. I find that when I do something even though I don't brag, they act unhappy and say negative things to make me lose interest I feel like they are jealous.

You should ask them directly, especially your relatives. There must be underlying issues, which they keep to themselves... until it becomes toxic.
Ask everyone how they're doing, is there any problem? etc. Basically, focus more on other people.

Lets say you see someone close to you.
Month pillar activates. There are few processes that may run at the same time.
Ding DM vs Bing MP.
Bing sees Ding as not active enough, not 'awake' enough etc.
While Ding can see Bing as taking too much space, overshadowing them etc.
That suggests one may tend to view people nearby as very important creating tension from that.
Yin and Chou create hidden combination of Fire. Fire is Sibling/People.
Suggests one may have the feeling something important is missing when around other people, and it relates to 'Sibling/People' Images. Seeking it out or allowing it to create nervesness may be problem as well.
Yin controls Chou making that worse.
Chou is Tomb of Wealth, also is very stable by itself(I am presence etc.)
So people may tend to look for stability in the person yet on the surface they see something else.
Why there are problems with nearby people... I don't know, no idea what you have balanced already. But initially, there may be this contradiction, very stable inner world(Chou) focused on inner Wealth and looking for it outside(all controling Chou), yet on the surface DM is thinking a lot about what other people will like and how to make space for them.
Understanding the process(may not be exactly this but should be something similar) then moving beyond it and much could heal.
Focusing on centerness, inner worth and not be influenced that strongly by people around is a nice step. Meditations could help etc.

I don't know if this knowledge comes from bazi mang pai, but I remember correctly that I read somewhere that "Bing took away Ding's light." This probably shows why I have many people who want to compete with me. Competing with myself like that is all jealousy. They don't want me to become more successful than them. Now I understand what I need to do.

I suggest you to remove that thought. :) Maybe you have a point, but others have too.
As long as you live close to your family and you still need their support, then you have to remain humble. Beware of your own competitive streak, focus more on inner peace and joy.
Always open your mind and accept with a big heart that you have a lot of flaws. Just like everyone else. ;)

So all that we observe here is your process in relating to your environment.
How that environment may look etc.
Lets say... Imagine a car. We see it may be painted in specific way, it moves in specific way etc.
If we see, for example, that it doesn't move straigth but swings from left to right while driving fast, in the other lanes etc we can say stuff about other cars and its surronding now. It will likely make other drivers nervous, they will stay away. Will try to give it space. may bring road law problems etc.
But this is not because we know anything about them, that is in their chart. That is because that is how they respond to your chart. : )
Anyway, in short - you can change whatever you want in your approach to stuff(your chart). They dont play a role in any of this directly, they just respond to how you use your chart, in the only way they can have.
If they compete or are jealous then there is something that brings that forth. At least in general, there are exceptions, but I don't think that is the case here. : )

Lets say... Imagine a car. We see it may be painted in specific way, it moves in specific way etc.
If we see, for example, that it doesn't move straigth but swings from left to right while driving fast, in the other lanes etc we can say stuff about other cars and its surronding now. It will likely make other drivers nervous, they will stay away. Will try to give it space. may bring road law problems etc.
But this is not because we know anything about them, that is in their chart. That is because that is how they respond to your chart. : )
Anyway, in short - you can change whatever you want in your approach to stuff(your chart). They dont play a role in any of this directly, they just respond to how you use your chart, in the only way they can have.
If they compete or are jealous then there is something that brings that forth. At least in general, there are exceptions, but I don't think that is the case here. : )

Just for sharing, I also work in a super competitive community where everyone thinks they're better than each other.
The truth is, our expertise or scope of work is too narrow. All of us basically do the same jobs and we have the same customers. When the jobs are few, the situation becomes cutthroat... as if there can only be one winner.
When the expertise is diversified significantly (from 1 skill to 4 skills), our scope of work becomes more complex. We no longer do the same jobs and we have different type of customers. Therefore it's difficult to assume that "I know everything, I am better and smarter than you".
Instead, there is a need for collaboration to cover each other who lacks particular knowledge. A supportive community.

3. The ceramic business was inherit from father ? ==> My parents used to own a small business but due to an accident they lost it and now I'm continuing and rebuilding from scratch.
4. Your left eye has problem ? ==> Both eyes are nearsighted, my left eye looks different from my right eye, it is smaller and it seems that the left side of my body is also smaller than the right side.
5. Easily encounter snake when outside ?==> no
6. You repeated your education or dropout from college ? ==> I'm a person who doesn't like to study. I skipped my university entrance exam

It's hard to explain to you and you'd find it hard to believe if you weren't in my situation. If you do normal things that most people can do, no one will touch you. But if you do something different that surpasses their abilities and are recognized and praised by everyone, then you will know what that feeling is like.
