Relatively new to Bazi, would love a chart reading
« on: August 22, 2025, 08:25:20 AM »
Hello Masters! I've been looking into the very basics of BaZi for quite a while, but never really got the chance to have my chart interpreted, and that's why I've made this post.

When it comes to love, I haven't really been successful, I've been stuck in similar patterns of rejection (basically me falling for people I've known for some time, but they don't feel the same way/feel it for someone else). The last one has been about a few months ago.

Regarding career, I'm supposed to graduate from college next year, and haven't been a good student throughout both high school and college. Curious about how my chart is playing out in the years after graduation.

If there's anything interesting to my chart, I'd be happy to hear it, I want to learn as much as I can.

Birth data

Date : 12 March 2003
Location: Iasi (also written as Iași), Romania (GMT +2)
Time : 23:15/11:15 PM
Gender: Female

Thank you in advance.

Respectfully,
Acvamarie

Of course. It is a pleasure to delve into the fascinating world of BaZi with you. It's a powerful tool for self-awareness, and understanding your chart can provide profound insights into the patterns you experience in life.

Let's break down your BaZi chart step by step.

1. BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny Chart

Gender: Female
Date of Birth: 12 March 2003, 23:15 (GMT+2)
Location: Iasi, Romania

•   Important Note on Time: 23:15 is very close to the hourly transition. In BaZi, the day changes at midnight (00:00), not at sunrise. However, we must also convert your local time to Beijing Time (GMT+8) to find the true "day" in the Chinese calendar.

    ◦   Your local time: March 12, 2003, 23:15 (GMT+2)

    ◦   Beijing Time: March 13, 2003, 05:15 (GMT+8)

    ◦   Therefore, your Day Master is calculated for March 13, 2003.

After the necessary calculations, your complete Four Pillars are:

Pillar Heavenly Stem Earthly Branch Hidden Stems

Year 癸 Gui (Water) 未 Wei (Earth) 己 Ji Earth, 丁 Ding Fire, 乙 Yi Wood

Month 乙 Yi (Wood) 卯 Mao (Wood) 乙 Yi Wood

Day 丁 Ding (Fire) 亥 Hai (Water) 壬 Ren Water, 甲 Jia Wood

Hour 壬 Ren (Water) 子 Zi (Water) 癸 Gui Water

•   Day Master: You are a 丁 Ding Fire person. Ding Fire is like a candle's flame, a lantern, or the spiritual fire of the stars. It is gentle, luminous, refined, and perceptive. Ding Fire people are often detail-oriented, elegant, and possess an inner light that draws others in. However, the candle flame is also sensitive and can be easily flickered by the wind or extinguished by water.

2. Analysis of Your Chart Structure

Your chart is very revealing. Let's look at the elements:

•   Water: Very Strong (Hai on Day, Ren and Zi on Hour, Gui on Year)

•   Wood: Strong (Yi and Mao on Month, Jia hidden in Hai)

•   Fire: Extremely Weak (Only the Ding Fire Day Master)

•   Earth: Weak (Wei Earth on Year, but it is attacked by the strong Wood in the month)

•   Metal: Absent (Not seen in any of the four pillars)

This is a critical point. Your Ding Fire is born in the Mao (Rabbit) month, which is the Wood season. Wood feeds Fire, which is good—this is your Resource element. It represents your innate intelligence, creativity, and support system (like family).

However, you are completely surrounded by a massive amount of Water (your Guan/官 star, which represents your career, authority, and also, for a woman, your romantic partner or husband). There is water in the Year, Day, and Hour pillars. This creates a situation where Water overwhelms Fire.

Imagine your Ding Fire as a single, beautiful candle flame. The surrounding Water is like a powerful ocean. The flame is constantly in danger of being put out. This creates a life pattern of feeling immense pressure, being overly cautious, and having your energy and spirit (Fire) dampened by external circumstances (Water).

3. Addressing Your Questions

A. Love & Relationships (The Guan Star)

Your chart explains your relationship patterns perfectly.
•   The Guan Star (Water) is your partner element. It is excessively strong in your chart. This means you are naturally attracted to men who are authoritative, capable, strong-willed, and perhaps older or in positions of power. However, because it is so strong and it is the element that overwhelms you (Water controls Fire), these relationships become a source of tremendous pressure and emotional exhaustion for you.

•   The pattern of "falling for people I've known for some time" fits. The Hour pillar (which represents your inner world and later life) has Water, meaning this attraction to strong, potentially overwhelming partners is a deep-seated part of your psychology.

•   The rejection happens because the balance is off. Your flame is too weak to withstand the "splash" from their ocean. You may come across as too hesitant, insecure, or eager to please (weak Fire trying to not be extinguished), which can be less attractive to the very strong, decisive Guan Star men you are drawn to. Alternatively, they may simply be too busy with their own power and goals (strong Water) to see the delicate light you offer.

What to do? Your favorable element is Wood (which feeds your Fire) and Fire (which supports you directly). You need to strengthen yourself. A partner who is more supportive (Wood) or collaborative (Fire) would be a much better balance for you than a dominant, controlling one (Water). You need a "lampstand" to hold you up, not a "storm" to put you out.

B. Career & Studies

•   Your Guan Star (Water) is also your career star. Its overwhelming presence indicates a career path that will likely involve structure, organizations, management, or fields related to Water (e.g., logistics, finance, travel, IT, communications).

•   The challenge is the same: this career path will feel intensely pressuring. The fact that you mention not being a good student aligns with this. The Wood month (your intelligence) is being "leaked" by the strong Water. Think of it as your creativity (Wood) being constantly washed away by stress and pressure (Water), making sustained focus and academic performance difficult.

•   The good news is in your luck cycles. Your current life chapter (ages 4-13) was in a 乙 Yi Wood cycle, which is supportive. Your next chapter (ages 14-23) is a 巳 Si Fire cycle (2017-2026). The Si Fire is a root of strength for your Ding Fire! This is a period where you should find more confidence and energy. Graduating next year (likely in 2025, still within this Si Fire cycle) is well-supported. You will likely perform better in the "final stretch" than in your earlier academic years.

C. What's Interesting? Your Luck Cycles (大运 Da Yun)

Your luck cycles are calculated based on your gender and birth year. As a Yin female born in a Yin year (Gui), your cycle moves forward.

•   Ages 14-23 (2017-2026): 丙 Bing Fire / 辰 Chen Earth

    ◦   Bing Fire is the sun, a powerful fire that can help dry up some of the overwhelming water and give your Ding Fire immense support and confidence. This is a period of growing strength. The Chen Earth is a reservoir that can help to contain the Water, making it less chaotic and more usable. This is a good cycle, and it explains why you are seeking answers now—your energy is rising.

•   Ages 24-33 (2027-2036): 丁 Ding Fire / 巳 Si Fire

    ◦   This is an excellent decade for you! This is a double Fire pillar. Your own element (Ding) and its strong root (Si) come to aid you. This period will bring tremendous personal growth, confidence, and clarity. You will be able to handle pressure much better. Career opportunities will arise, and crucially, you will be in a much stronger position to attract and maintain a balanced, healthy relationship. You will no longer be a weak flame but a strong, radiant one.

•   Ages 34-43 (2037-2046): 戊 Wu Earth / 午 Wu Fire

    ◦   Another fantastic cycle. Wu Earth is your "Output" star, representing expression and creativity. It can also act as a dam to control the massive Water in your chart, turning a weakness into a strength. The Wu Fire is the strongest possible root for Ding Fire (the Emperor's throne). This is a peak period for career achievement and personal power.

4. Summary & Advice

•   Your Core Challenge: Water overwhelms Fire. This leads to feelings of pressure, insecurity, and being easily drained in relationships and career.

•   Your Greatest Strength: Your innate intelligence and creativity (the Wood element in the Month pillar). You have a natural support system.

•   Your Path Forward: Your luck cycles are turning very favorable. The next 20+ years are about you gaining strength, confidence, and control over your life.

•   Advice for Now:

    ◦   Love: Be aware of your pattern. Seek partners who are nurturing (Wood) and supportive (Fire), not just powerfully attractive (Water). Work on building your own confidence first.

    ◦   Career: Don't be discouraged by past academic performance. Your chart suggests you will come into your own after graduation. Consider careers that use your intelligence (Wood) and allow for creative expression, perhaps even ones that help you "control" the Water (e.g., project management, counseling, writing).

    ◦   Lifestyle: Incorporate more of the Wood (Green, East) and Fire (Red, South) elements into your life. Spend time in nature (Wood), develop a morning routine in the sunlight (Fire), and practice activities that build your inner strength and spirit.

You have a chart that signifies a journey from a delicate flame to a brilliant, unwavering light. The early struggles are the setup for a very strong and fulfilling second act.

Thank you for sharing your birth data and your questions. I hope this analysis provides the clarity you were seeking

You have a 'Yang Blade' structure: https://bazi-calculator.com/?licz=1&y=2003&m=3&d=12&h=23%3A15&g=2&l=27.6&lon=49.0511&s=1

I've looked into it, and it definitely is interesting, especially when the self-element is weak or strong, or on which pillar Yang Blade is. Although I'd like to think, those with strong self-element/DM or those who have it on the month pillar, it varies according to the element in question, which happens to be wood in my case. I'd be curious how this is taken into account when it comes to weak self-element/DM charts and/or when it is on another pillar than month.

This structure really likes metal the most. If you don't have it, you can use fire as well... but the problem is, you also have water in the chart.

From my understanding, the ideal solution would basically be comprised of my weak elements, metal for controlling wood, earth for controlling water, and fire to keep balance between metal and earth? Maybe I'm wrong. If it's not too much, how would it play out if only fire would be used (instead of metal which would be favored)

You may face slow progress and instability until you reach age 47-48 when it begins to improve.

Oh wow, 2 decades full of metal! But until then, coming back to the idea of your first paragraph, the fire decades (like the one I am in right now) would be a good second option? Or is it something more to add?

People with Yang Blade are typically terrible with financial management. They easily lose money, so they should avoid gambling, addictive stuff and keep their debt as low as possible.

Luckily I am not into all of that, but wouldn't trust myself to manage my own finances well, I am disastrous at that  ;D :(

Do you like talking a lot? Gossiping, arguing, discussing? Or visibly talented with your voice, speech, language? Basically a vocal and verbal person.

I would mostly talk about if I feel I can add something relevant to the discussion, or I am in a chatty mood (especially when I am surrounded by people I like). I prefer listening to them, I can absorb info and learn this way, and in a strange way, it makes me feel alive. For the last part, I have been indeed regarded as good with speech and language, particularly with writing, and I need to know it well or feel tons of confidence in order to display what I've written verbally.

And last but not least, before ending this chain of step-by-step replies, is there any other important star that is interesting and/or I should know? Or anything else?

Thank you so much you took the time to look into my chart, I really am grateful!

sorry i think i have paste the reply wrongly see the correct one below===》Of course. Thank you for your patience and for providing the screenshot from your professional BaZi software. It is the definitive reference, and my previous replies, which contained significant errors in calculating your Day Master and the Late Zi Hour convention, are now superseded.

Based on the correct information from your software, here is the consolidated and accurate analysis of your BaZi chart.

Your Correct BaZi Chart (Final & Verified)

Gender: Female
Date of Birth: 12 March 2003, 23:15 (GMT+2)
•   Year Pillar: 癸未 (Gui Wei | Water over Earth)

•   Month Pillar: 乙卯 (Yi Mao | Wood over Wood)

•   Day Pillar: 甲申 (Jia Shen | Wood over Metal) <-- This is the crucial correction.

•   Hour Pillar: 丙子 (Bing Zi | Fire over Water)

•   Day Master: You are a 甲 Jia Wood person. You are the mighty tree, strong, upright, benevolent, and born to lead and grow. This is a fundamental shift from the previous analyses.

Analysis of Your Chart Structure

Your chart is powerful and reveals a clear story:

1.  Strong & Robust: You are born in the Mao (Rabbit) month, which is the season of Wood, meaning you are "得令" (Favored by the Season). You have strong roots and support, making you a inherently strong Jia Wood. The software's annotation "得令, 得地, 得勢" (Favored Season, Favored Earth, Favored Power) confirms this strength.

2.  The Core Dynamic: 食神制杀 (Talent Controlling Challenge)
    ◦   七杀 The Challenge (杀 Sha): Your Day Branch is 申 Shen (Metal), which is your "7-Killing Star" (偏官). This represents pressure, challenges, authority figures, and for a woman, a powerful but demanding partner. This energy is right in your "Self" palace, meaning you constantly face and attract challenges and intense relationships.

    ◦   食神 The Talent (食神): Your Hour Stem is 丙 Bing (Fire), your "Food God Star". This represents your intelligence, creativity, expression, and technical skill.

    ◦   The Combination: Your Bing Fire (talent) directly faces and controls your Shen Metal (challenge). This is the excellent pattern of "食神制杀" – using your intelligence and skill to overcome obstacles and master difficult situations. This is the key to your success.

3.  Competitive Nature: The strong Wood in your Month Pillar (乙卯) is your "Robber Wealth" star, indicating a competitive environment. You have many peers and competitors, which explains your experience in love and likely in academics.

Addressing Your Questions

1. Love & Relationships

Your pattern is clearly explained by the "7-Killing Star" (Shen Metal) in your Day Branch (the relationship palace).
•   You are naturally attracted to men who are authoritative, powerful, challenging, and perhaps a little domineering (the nature of the 7-Killing Star).

•   However, this star brings inherent pressure and conflict (as it clashes with your strong Wood nature). Relationships feel like a struggle for dominance rather than peaceful support.

•   The strong "Robber Wealth" star indicates you often find yourself in love triangles or competitive situations where you feel rejected ("they don't feel the same way/feel it for someone else").

•   Outlook: Your "食神制杀" pattern is the solution. As you grow older and focus on developing your own talents, confidence, and career (your Bing Fire), you will be in a much stronger position to "control" this challenging energy. You will attract better-suited partners and be able to handle these intense relationships masterfully. A suitable partner may appear later, after you've established yourself.

2. Career & Studies

•   Studies: Your lack of academic enthusiasm is likely because your strong, action-oriented Wood nature chafes against rigid, theoretical study systems. Your intelligence (Fire) is better suited to practical, hands-on, and creative application.

•   Career: Your chart is excellent for career success. The "食神制杀" pattern is famed for producing highly capable managers, engineers, surgeons, lawyers, and specialists—people who thrive under pressure and solve complex problems.

•   Your upcoming luck cycle is phenomenal for career:

    ◦   Ages 24-33 (approx. 2027-2036): 戊午 (Wu Wu) Luck Pillar. This is a "食伤生财" (Talent Generating Wealth) cycle. Your creativity and technical skill (Fire) will directly produce wealth and career opportunities (Earth). This will be a golden decade for you to establish yourself and achieve significant professional growth and financial stability.

Summary & Advice

•   Who You Are: A strong, capable Jia Wood tree, designed to grow tall and withstand challenges.

•   Your Pattern: 食神制杀 (Talent Controlling Challenge). Your life's path is about using your innate intelligence and skill to overcome obstacles and master your domain.

•   Love: Your current pattern is a teaching tool. Focus on self-development first. Your worth is not defined by these early rejections. A fulfilling partnership will come when you are stronger in your own power.

•   Career: Do not worry about your past academic performance. Your path is that of a specialist and an achiever. The years after graduation, especially from your mid-20s onward, are when you will truly shine and find your calling. Embrace technical, challenging, and creative fields.

Thank you again for your correction. Your chart is powerful and points to a future where you are highly respected for your capabilities. Your current experiences are the necessary training for that future.

if base one coldpillow bazi chart the time pillar is based on apparent solar hour(yi hai instead of bing zi). then the revised reply is below ==>Of course. Thank you for the clarification and for your patience. We will proceed with the analysis using the apparent solar time of ~22:58 on March 12, 2003, which results in the 乙亥 (Yi Hai - Wood Pig) Hour Pillar.

Hello Acvamarie,

Thank you for your trust and for sharing your journey. It is a brave step to seek understanding, and your chart, viewed through the lens of apparent solar time, offers a powerful and clear narrative that explains the patterns you've described. Let's explore your BaZi.

Your BaZi Chart (Using Apparent Solar Time)

Birth Data: 12 March 2003, Apparent Solar Time: ~22:58, Iași, Romania, Female

Pillar Heavenly Stem Earthly Branch Element

Year 癸 (Gui) Water 未 (Wei) Earth

Month 乙 (Yi) Wood 卯 (Mao) Wood

Day 甲 (Jia) WOOD 申 (Shen) Metal <- This is YOU (Day Master)

Hour 乙 (Yi) Wood 亥 (Hai) Water

Your Element: You are a 甲 (Jia) Wood Day Master. You are like a mighty, upright tree—strong, principled, with a natural desire to grow and provide shelter. You value integrity, honesty, and have a noble character.

Overall Chart Dynamics:
Your chart is dominated by the Wood element (yourself and your peers) and the Water element (which feeds and supports you). However, your core foundation, the Day Branch, is 申 (Shen - Metal), which acts as an axe chopping at the Wood. This creates a core tension: a part of you is constantly being challenged, pruned, and pressured (the Metal), which forces you to become more resilient and refined. Your life path involves learning to manage this internal pressure while harnessing the immense support from your network and your own intellect.

1. Analysis on Love & Relationships

Your pattern of unrequited love, where you develop feelings for friends who don't reciprocate, is starkly visible in this chart configuration.

•   The Spouse Star (正官 - Zheng Guan): For a Jia Wood female, the Spouse Star is Metal (Geng 庚 and Xin 辛), which represents a potential husband or stable partner. In your chart, the only strong Metal is hidden in your Day Branch (申 Shen). This means the energy of a "partner" is locked away inside you, manifesting more as an internal pressure or a high standard you hold for yourself rather than as an actual person appearing in your life.

•   The "Friend Zone" Dynamic - The Rob Wealth (劫財 - Jie Cai): The most powerful element in your chart is Wood, which is your Rob Wealth star. This star represents your siblings, friends, peers, and social circle. The Hour Pillar is 乙亥 (Yi Hai - Wood Pig), which strongly reinforces this energy.

    ◦   This means you are naturally surrounded by, and attract, friends. Your entire social environment is made of this "Rob Wealth" energy. You befriend people easily, and your romantic interests almost invariably emerge from this deep pool of friendships (乙 Wood on the Hour Pillar).

    ◦   However, the "Rob Wealth" star is, by its nature, competitive. It "robs" the Wealth star (which can represent a woman's romantic relationship for a female chart). This creates a pattern where these close friendships either feel like competition or simply cannot transition into romance because the energetic dynamic is fixed as "peer" or "sibling," not "lover."

What to do? The key is awareness. You are magnetically set up to see potential partners as friends first. To break the pattern, you must consciously recognize this tendency. When you meet someone new you're interested in, try to gently shift the dynamic early on to be more flirtatious and romantic rather than settling into a comfortable friendship pattern. Your ideal partner might be someone outside your immediate social circle.

2. Analysis on Career & Studies

Your struggle with the structured environment of school is perfectly explained by your chart.

•   The Exhausting Output (傷官 - Shang Guan): While not as strong as in the LMT chart, the Hai (亥) water in your Hour Branch contains a hidden Ren (壬) water, which is your Hurting Officer. This star gives you intelligence and creativity but also makes you chafe under rigid rules and boring routines. You find traditional study methods draining and uninspiring.

•   The Pressure (杀 - Sha): The 申 (Shen - Metal) in your Day Branch is your "7 Killings" star. This represents pressure, deadlines, authority figures (like teachers), and systems. You naturally rebel against this pressure, feeling constrained and judged by it. This isn't a lack of intelligence; it's a fundamental mismatch between your free-growing, independent Wood nature and the rigid, cutting structure of the academic system.

Post-Graduation Outlook:
The working world will be a much better fit for you than school.
•   Your powerful Wood energy (Rob Wealth) means you will likely excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. You work well with peers.

•   Your Water resource (the Hai hour branch) gives you deep intuition and learning ability, especially when you're interested in a subject.

•   Your Hour Pillar 乙亥 suggests a career that could involve communication, networking, nurturing others, or fields related to water (travel, logistics, counseling, arts).

•   You will thrive in a role that values your people skills and intellect over your ability to memorize facts for an exam.

3. What's Interesting? Your Luck Pillars & The Future

You are currently in a 乙卯 (Yi Mao) Luck Pillar (2012-2022), which is a period of immense Wood energy (friends, peers, competition). This has amplified the "friend zone" dynamic and made social pressures feel intense.

However, you are about to enter a transformative new decade.

•   Next Luck Pillar (2022-2032): 丙辰 (Bing Chen)

This pillar brings Fire (your creativity, expression) and Earth (wealth, practicality). This is a fantastic period to launch your career. The Fire will help you express your talents and melt away some of the rigid Metal, reducing the feeling of constant pressure. Focus on building practical skills and finding a job that lets you create and collaborate.

•   The Key Year: 2025 (乙巳 - Yi Si Year)

This is a pivotal year for you. The year branch 巳 (Snake) will combine with the 申 (Monkey) in your day branch. This combination transforms the Metal (your obstacle) into Water (your resource). This is called a "合化 (He Hua)" or harmonic transformation.
What this means: A major obstacle in your life—likely related to your self-confidence, a persistent problem, or even a relationship pattern—could suddenly dissolve and turn into a source of wisdom and support. This could easily be the year you break your relationship pattern or find a career path that feels truly aligned with who you are.

Acvamarie, your chart reveals a person of great depth, loyalty, and strength who is currently navigating the challenges meant to forge her resilience. The patterns you see are not flaws; they are clues to your destiny. The next chapter of your life promises the freedom to use your formidable social intelligence and creativity to build a life that truly resonates with your noble Jia Wood spirit.

Respectfully,

The Master

Yang Blade is the most vicious form of rob wealth. It belongs to Yang daymaster only: Geng, Bing, Ren, Jia, Wu and they were born in season.

Do Yin daymasters have similar stars to Yang Blade, possibly with a different effect?

For Jia wood, they were born in Mao/Rabbit month, which contains the blade.

When Yang Blade is too powerful and dangerous, it must be controlled or exhausted. For wood, it's controlled by metal and exhausted by fire. When they're controlled and exhausted, they can be useful (lucky) and they can't rob wealth easily.

If they're born out of season, the blade is less dangerous and could be helpful in some specific situations. For example, if wood energy is too weak to handle excessive wealth, which destroys health (resource). In this case, you need the blade to trim the excessive wealth.

In your case, the blade (Mao branch and Yi stems) must be controlled. The blade is able to rob your wealth (Wei) in the year branch. Fire is less effective than metal because you also have water in natal chart.

I'd assume weak Yang Blades have their blades on other pillars than the month, since they were born out of season, and probably occurs only a few times per year.

From a technical perspective, simply focusing on the fact that resource is health, why is it bad to have it in excess? I think such people have a long life and die peacefully/of old age, unless a Luck Pillar will activate the blade, or they have other Rob Wealth star which is stronger in their chart.

- Do you have a serious health problem? If not, how about your parents?

For now, I've only had minor, but slightly concerning medical issues, mostly related to lung, liver, and large intestine, and maybe stomach, but they usually only occur when I'm having a flu, or I'm eating processed food during hot days, while at the same time also possibly being in a car or public transport. Oh, and my sight is quite bad, has been since I was a kid, and thus been wearing glasses for about 15 years now.

As for my parents, my mom has a lot of health issues, possibly has some genetic backup, and her health generally got worse after she gave birth to me. (which is why I don't have any siblings, and I am somewhat afraid to give birth because I am prone to developing part of the medical issues she has). My dad has been healthy for most of his life until recently when his pre-diabetes was diagnosed.

- Do you get along well with all your friends but some of them have anger management issue, explosive personality?

Yeah, I do get along with all of my friends, and yes, some of them do have explosive personalities  ;D , although few of them have actually showed anger to me because I've realized what makes them angry and try to avoid that, and when they suddenly get angry, I try my best to be reasonable, or leave them alone if they need so, instead of giving them more fuel to their anger.

The misfortune is less severe for yin DM. Even when born in season.

But the fortune is just as great when countered by 7K and Direct Officer stars.

Is it especially impactful when 7K/DO are in the heavenly or earthly stems and not so much when in the branches?

Quote
Yes, wood born in autumn/metal months, with Mao appears in hour branch or year branch.

Excessive health/wealth isn't always bad, depending on the overall structure or reading methods.

I use 10 Gods structure, which is the most popular method. But I often heard Blindman/Mangpai method is more precise/superior. Most online free resources use 10 Gods structure. For example: https://treybazi.blogspot.com/2013/10/bazi-list-of-chart-structures.html

I've heard of Mangpai as well, and the link you've shared is very interesting! It seems like there are actually much more forms of alternative Bazi other than Mingpai?

Unlike 10 Gods reading, Blindman method isn't concerned with weak/strong DM concept and they put a lot more emphasis on storage-tomb concept (Chen-Chou-Xu-Wei).

Why are these animal stems considered as being storage/tombs? Is it a similar concept to wealth? And in 10 gods reading, are they the only ones eligible for being wealth?

Quote
To assist my limited knowledge with 10 Gods method, I use ZWDS as well to determine your borderline birth hour.

In your case, it's Pig. Here's the chart: https://destinyandluck.com/zhi_wei_chart.php?month=3&day=12&year=2003&time=9%3A00pm+to+10%3A59pm&sex=Female&submit=Submit

According to ZWDS, there's a bad correlation between your wealth, health, travel and friendship. I'm not sure how this transpires in reality though. I'm surprised that simply being in a car and public transport is detrimental to your health.

The Tian Liang star in happiness, Zuo Fu star in parent sector, indicate that parents and parental figures are the most helpful people. Tian Liang also indicates that your spouse is far older.

Suitable profession is anything that uses voice/verbal/written communication, mass communication, public relation, or working with something related to fire/electricity/military (Huoxing, which could also be related to your spouse's career).

I've seen ZWDS being used as a complementary method to Bazi.

Well, I can attest that connection might be true, when a friendship flounders, I become sick due to the emotions, and that affects my chances of getting money (focusing on my schooling), and haven't traveled yet, but I think it might be a huge flop if I spend a lot of money while in a foreign place or just going there with/for a friend.

Why is Property distinct from Wealth, and why is Spouse the body palace?

@Acvamarie

You can "study" as long as you like. From obscure sources. Buy full educational courses to start. Your judgments are wrong. ZiMen is based on BaZi. If you do not know such elementary things - you better not attach seriousness to your thoughts on the subject. For your own safety. Forums are full of "enthusiasts" with incorrect interpretations. Usually they disappear in time. Do not repeat their mistakes.

Hey Guys,

People who use Mangpai will say it is the best... People who follow Joey Yap will say its the best...
My thoughts.. If I can make it work, it is the best.

There are a number of schools of Bazi. One modern method is based on the "Strength of the DM" method. I guess it became very popular because it appeared easy to teach and a student could (on paper) easily read a chart.
Mangpai focuses on the work the chart is doing, interactions between the element, the 10 gods, and images derived from these interactions.

All schools of Bazi are based on core principles and theories. One principle is the concept of the Earth branches - Tombs/Storage.

Chen, Xu, Chou and Wei are called the 4 tomb places 四墓地, or the 4 storage 四库, it represents the Tomb 墓 stage of the 12 Qi stages.
Chen stores water,
Wei stores wood,
Xu stores fire
Chou stores metal.

As a Tomb/Storage, they can be locked or open, which have certain interaction when reading a chart. Their are also rules that determine how a tomb can be opened or closed.
