She has much trouble on opening her account to take money that owns to her ...

This is channeling, though. : )
This will always give you the hexagram you need to get the conclusion you want(if her channel is somewhat clean and the mind distracted enough), reading skills aren't required.

That was the problem I had with Zhongxian Wu material. It started well, but if you go into yourself and ask for a hexagram, there are other rules at play and that are the rules for any channeled information, not a divination at that point.

I don't use this method for myself  .. tossing coins is my favour one..
I propose this " number " method when facing with weirdness of people don't blaming for occultism ..
I was starting with 50 yarrows stalks .. but use it only for special occasions ...

A Xu day, to clash Chen and break Liu He? But why not Mao (6/17)?

because
(1) the bank said around the end of June, and 6/17 (June 17) was just the next day after the hexagram was raised.
(2) Xi Shen or helpful god comes with Gou Chen or worm, so it was gonna take some time or even delay
