Selling of home

I was wondering if anyone knew of a cure to sell a house.  I have gone through my notes and I don't seem to find it.

Don't place out those Feng Shui placement when people are survey or viewing your house. Smell of coffee helps plus points.

Use the annual flying stars. To add points. Like, when you and the buying sit and talk. Use a positive sector.

How about home cook food for the visitors? It warm their heart.

Perhaps can make the dark areas bright while make the bright areas dark. Big areas small and small areas look big. Air-condition at 25 degrees celscius can be plus point too. Idea is to make them feel comfortable at home; as if it is their own house.

*edited: Getting more appointments for viewing is another thing. Perhaps you need to do a Feng Shui audit and make the adjustments first. Maybe after doing that, you would be staying on rather than selling.

Yes. If conditions permit. Get the owner Bazi and check if he sell because of his bad luck or he is moving on for greater things. Don't want a 2nd hand property to jinxed back to buyer.

I did do all the FS cures at the beginning of the year. 

Actually, it's a second home that I own and want to sell to take advantage of the market.

Many years ago in my FS studies, there was a cure to sell a property faster and I couldn't find it in my notes.
