About the "lighting up the night", its old prophecy for the end of Kali Yuga.
It begins when a human kills another human(as that would be unthinkable before), then it ends when humanity finds the way to "light up the night", then circles around again.

Sri Yukteswar is the same base, yea, when we start using electricity again, inventions begin coming up then Dwapara has arrived. Until it circles around and we forget again.
