Selection of suitable date for enquiry (stages of life)

I have a doubt about asking questions and divinations on those days where either per day or per month we can find lots of lines of the hexagram that are in the Mu (tomb) stage or in the Jue (vanishing) stage.

It happens for example especially in Day/Month of Chen earth (earth/water in grave) and in date Si fire (earth/water in disappearance). As Mu and Jue are generally unfavourable signs, we may encounter the problem that the focus lines are all either in tomb or in disappearance, which may make an objective reading impossible, where confusion reigns rather than clarification.

If we add to this the fact that life stages can be drawn by Day or Month, we can find a lot of lines in tomb and disappearance. For example if we do a casting at Si Day and Chen Month.

I was looking forward to the end of this month of Chen because my last hexagrams appeared with lots of lines in tombs 

Do you take this into account? What do you think about it? it would be better to avoid these dates?

Imagine we live in a place with a very hot weather(not difficult, for many, currently).
You figured out along the way that the weather forecast is not very beneficial for your good mood. So you decide to record the winter forecasts from TV and watch them during the Summer.

It may be good for your mood a day or two, but thats not what a prediction is for... If we aim for 'good' predictions there is much we can do to mess up with the result, and all is not a great approach in my humble view. Shold aim for understanding of the situation. That will be good at the end and it is more beneficial in the long run.

In the winter example will just dress in different ways and find ways to compensate. Something we can't do if we are watching prerecorded forecasts.

I think that if you are not in a hurry or if it is not urgent, cast when necessary. In the election cast I preferred to cast yesterday on Si fire day instead of Chen. Chen day and Wei month would leave a lot of water and earth lines in grave. Personally that creates an element of confusion that makes it difficult for me to analyse.

One of the universal things in divination systems, be that west or east is the attempt to make it impossible to choose when to look for answer. : )

QMDJ, DLR and others in the Five Arts, but hororary astrology is exactly the same - we look at the stars when the question comes up.

Its not an activity that suggests too much modifications I think.
But something fallen in tomb isn't bad, a line falling in tomb where tomb is Resource and it contains Sibling, can be joining college or something.

Just image of something being taken by something larger. That can be good stuff as well. : )

Tomb is just Image of a container. Something containing other things.
THen the element shows what it contains.

Resource Tomb containing Output. Some structure connected to paperwork, knowledge that contains expression. Could be Art School for example.

Officer Tomb containing Sibling. Authority containing people. Can be military school or parlament etc.

Falling in it, suggests one is dedicated much of themselves(depending what element falls) into that.

This are things happening in live every day. Nothing scary, this information is needed, so when one becomes part of a encompassing structure we can know.

In day to day, that can be entering a general store to buy products.
In month to month, joining organization etc.

Overall, its not to be avoided, it just shows specific dynamic. So far haven't seen showing that someone died, as this is very, very rare case of someone entering something encompassing. It is a possiblity, but so low, not using the whole relation for it is limiting.

I never take this into account.  The calendar is one of my most used apps on the phone, but I don't check which day branch before I divine.  My divination is done whenever the real need to ask is there, whatever the Month is, and whatever the Day is.   

Don't worry, we will receive the hexagram that the universe gives.  Leave it to the universe, and the rest is about applying our Liu Yao knowledge and experience in analyzing the hexagrams. 

Similarly with clients, whenever they come to me, I don't ask them to defer the coin tossing until a certain day let alone month.  If I do that, then I lose income
