I think it would be helpful to stick to complete charts with an accurate hour pillars.

Though it appears that the month pillar in Sinaga's chart may be problematic,
we cannot guess or assume. We need the whole chart to make the best evaluation.

Bazi-calculator.com has an entire section with thousands of charts. May be good to study full charts
from their database.
This is rather subtle, if you look at Sinaga's wiki picture, you will notice an imbalance in the left and right sides of his face.
This can indicate an imbalance between his logical, external presentation and his internal imaginative, emotional, dream or childlike world.
If you look at his social media photos, you can see a rather (overly) outgoing personality with an internal detachment, he has an underlying agenda.
Though rape is a crime, I would not characterize this person as a criminal but may as a person with mental illness and social maladjustment.

You are making your post very confusing by posting multiple unrelated chart in the same thread. Please keep them separate or create a specific topic for specific case study charts.
Again, the hour pillar is really need to fully evaluate the chart.
The Stems have a nice flow - Gui produces Yin which combines with Ji.
