I think Ellen's chart helps me understand your chart quicker because it can also form different structures. Her foundation (month branch) is made of one thing, but her stems use another thing.
Her chart structure is originally Mutual Killing-Seal (Chou-You combo), but her stems activate "Output Generating Wealth" which becomes the dominant structure when supported by hour and day branches alongside the luck cycles.
This structure did great until it entered Geng Shen (Seal) luck cycle. When Seal appears in stem, her existing Output Generating Wealth structure is no longer effective. As a result, she canceled her long-running show due to scandals and now exiled by entertainment industry.
Honestly, it's not that bad. Despite losing her massive popularity, she still retains massive wealth, avoided expensive lawsuit and having a peaceful, quiet life. But I don't think she can make a comeback as a comedian. She must adapt, try something else during Seal luck cycle.
Her chart structure is still able to function well as "Hurting Officer Controlled by Seal" because her Ding fire is restrained by Gui water when positioned side-to-side. I mean, Seal can take over and do its job without much fighting from Wealth.
Back to your chart, you have an Officer controlling Rob Wealth in stems. I get it why you choose a Jia wood daymaster for partnership. You need Seal to protect the Officer when it's time to meet Hurting Officer and prevent combination with Eating God.
Seal is more effective than Wealth because the Officer can be assertive and use it as a weapon to subdue Output (a weapon for Rob Wealth).
Gui Si, Ren Chen, Xin Mao and Geng Yin luck cycles should be fine. You should beware of Ji Chou, where both Officer and Hurting Officer are equally powerful.

@coldpillow In fact, in hindsight, I reread Jin Peh's books about the themes that contain Sibling Rivalry Fire and he said that the beneficial elements for my chart are water, earth and fire, and not wood and metal for the first half of my life with the year, month and day, except when my bazi becomes dominant fire in the horse and dog years + horse luck when wood is favourable to me first with fire and earth, metal and water are last which explains why the years 2004 and 2005 were good with the wood heavenly stems of the Monkey and the Rooster, the same for the years 2010 and 2011 which were good, with the Metal Tiger and the Metal Rabbit which combined with the Wood Horse to produce fire to control metal.
And I remember that the year 2012 of the Water Dragon (Ren Chen) and the Water Snake (Gui Si) in 2013 which contained metal and water in a period when I was a dominant fire with the combination of my two Bing Yin with Jia Wu luck, were very difficult years for me because of my partner like 2014 and 2015, with with another woman who tried to take my partner from me without success. And Jin Peh said in the second half of life which starts around 40-45 years old, with hour, day and month, my Bazi chart follow the wealth with beneficial elements like 1) metal 2) earth 3) water, and detrimental elements like wood and fire.

As for the Year of the Earth Rat in 2008, it was good at the beginning with the earth stem and water branch. And that year was wounded by Yi Wei,which turned a very good year into a bad one.
