Thank you all for the kind help.  I feel that he is under achieving in life even though he works hard in life but is not able to find much success and luck in his life.  Will he ever be successful and have a more fulfilling life soon?

Just a stab in the dark plus questions:
- Can I say he also has difficulty in the spousal department?
- What is his education level (high school? bachelor degree etc.)? I guess you're well educated?
- Is he accident prone?
- Father and mother relationship is not good?
- How many siblings in the family?

He has a good relationship with his wife, but they have no luck forming a family.

- What is his education level (high school? bachelor degree etc.)? I guess you're well educated?
He has a polytechnic diploma.  I have a college education, my 2nd brother has a batchelor degree.

- Is he accident prone?
He has a minor traffic accident 2 years ago, when a truck couldn't brake in time during heavy rain and knocked down his motorbike.  He and his spouse were unhurt.

- Father and mother relationship is not good?
He has been independent since young and is quite close to my mum.  But his not close to my father since my dad is out working most of the time and he left the running of the family to my mum since we were young.

- How many siblings in the family?
Total 3.  A elder sister, a middle brother and my current youngest brother.

Yes he met his current spouse in year 2000, but they only got married in 2008

I think this is well-spotted, Vince, and here is some analysis to support that observation:
1) Father Star is You, and Mother Star is Mao
2) Mao is also the Parents Palace, and it clashes You away.  This means father does not fulfill his parental duty
3) But You is well controlled in the whole chart.  So father still supports him, albeit the lack of presence.
4) In the first LP Yin, You and Yin put each other into Jue (Vanished) Qi phase.
5) Luckily Mao is strong in the Wood season of LP Yin, so no jinxing towards parents.
6) Since one parent (You father) is clashed away, this leaves the strong presence of mother Mao, therefore DM is closer to mother.

- They started living together right after their wedding in 2008
- They have been trying to have children but no luck
- I don't think he has depression just that maybe he keeps most things to himself and try to solve it on his own

Yes i agreed "father does not fulfill his parental duty".  My mother single handly brought us up even though she had only a primary education.  As we grew older, me and my siblings independently work our way into the soceity.

I think he will have hard time in his career in this current LP gui/hai.
hai clash with his hour pillar si. si is also in void in his bazi which mean he might never have enjoyed his work.
